I ordered a birthstone ring for a friends birthday. The shipping time was much less than what was stated. The ring is so cute! I'm going to order myself one.
After my bad review, the customer service asked me to send them an email. Which makes me lough as I already send a lot of emails…. But I tried again and wanted to give them a chance… As a reminder, one month after my order, I received the cash binder in a wrong color and not customized for me! They finally reply (miracle of bad review) and told me that they did not received the picture of the cash binder I received. So, I send it again and then told me that they can send me the correct cash binder. I told them that I was ok but I would like that they send it to me in a way that I can get it sooner, with UPS for example because I needed it last month and not the next one, but their answer was that they only offer free shipping for regular shipping but I can pay if I want it to be send in an other way! I them told them that I thought they could do it for free to repair their mistake, it was their mistake not mine! So at the end they said I will get a refund (I'm not sur I really will). I wanted to give them a chance because mistakes can happen but the customer service is very bad and I continue to think that this is a very bad company who doesn't care about there clients and stole them. Very disappointed, I never had a so bad customer service who dosen't want to do something to be sure that the client is happy at the end. AVOID them or you will lose time, nerves and money!
