I had the same experience as others on this site. I placed an order, the company quickly charged my credit card, but no sparklers ever arrived. I have called and mailed, and nothing! Is there anything one can do to report them?

I ordered sparklers for my daughter's Valentine's Day 2015 wedding back in OCTOBER 2014, my card was charged promptly and then I waited. And waited. And waited. In November I received a group email indicating the company had purportedly been hit by fraudsters attempting to retrieve customer credit card information. They offered immediate refund or follow up. I waited. And waited. After SEVERAL attempts to reach the company (voice messages, e-mails, messages through their "contact" section, etc.) I have determined this company either experienced a tragedy within or does not care at all about their customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

At first, I was very excited for this site. They were local to my area so I thought I would receive my order a bit quicker. They guaranteed two day delivery. After being charged for my order and several days passing, I called them to see what the status was. I had to leave a message. I decided to email them as well. No one returned my phone call or email. I called two more times before finally emailing again to cancel the order. Still no phone call or email reply... Do not use this website!

I ordered sparklers in November for my daughters May wedding. I haven't received them but was quickly charged on my credit card. I have phoned and received no call back. Better business is now going to be involved.

This company is a fraud in my opinion. I ordered sparklers for my wedding and nothing. The company won't return calls or emails. I reported them to the FBI.
