I have ordered several products from Wellue and l Love all of them. The O2 ring and the O2 max wrist oxygen monitor are very accurate and reliable. I used the ring for about 6 months and the rubber was getting thin so I requested a replacement. I received excellent customer service and received a brand new replacement within a couple days. I recommend these products and buying them directly from Wellue. These products are life changing. All of our doctors love them as do other patients that we encounter. Several patients have bought them after seeing ours, and I haven't heard a single complaint. Well worth the price.

Beware when you are purchasing a 12 lead ECG from this company. It comes with electrode bulbs not disposable electrodes to apply to the patient. Customer support does not respond to your email immediately takes about 2-3 days. I do not recommend this company. Currently having trouble getting refunded. They don't provide you with shipping label return. You have to wait for a shipping address that you have to pay for after being dissatisfied with their product! Please look at the products carefully before purchase!

Not a US company. Sent a defective product and I have been working for weeks to get a RMA number to return and refund product. Same scheme as others:

The ring works well but the Viatom phone app has stopped working and no longer shows downloaded data from the ring. Their customer service seems to be non-existent. It's been 5 days and no response from them. I need this to monitor my sleep apnea. Very disappointed!

Poor customer service. I constantly tried to get a response despite the fact their website says I will bet one. Then they keep moving the goal post. First it was "you emailed us on a weekend", so I suggested they update the website to clarify. No response. 4 emails later, waiting 3 days between each request for a reply, they finally say it was the holidays (weeks after NYE). I ask for a very reasonable feature, they say it can't be done. I ask why and they say just say it can't. I follow up twice and remind them I'm asking WHY and they simply repeat that my demands were forwarded to another department.

Wellvue is guilty of what is called feedback retaliation. It's basically lashing out because give you criticism and want you to do better. There's also tones of being anti autistic, as autistic people like myself while not rude, are very straight forward. You may claim "but they didn't know you're autistic." You can know or sense someone is different in some way and be hateful about it. In my case, Wellvue needs to address implicit biases it has against the autistic. It's my hope HR/DEI department will coach them on this. Until now, I'm not using their product and will go elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Ask them to do a better job and to not retaliate against people asking them to do a better job.

This device is horrible. I am a cardiologist and think they are using 1980's technology. Don't buy this. I would not give it one star!

I ordered the Portable Mesh Nebulizer based on the description and photos on their website. The mask that goes over the mouth and nose did not look the same as the mask on the photo. The mask I got was folded in half and had a headband. Since the mask was folded, it squeezed the face, making it difficult to breathe. I contacted the company as I wanted to return it. On their site it says you have to write to them to get a return address. The site also states that they will respond in 12 hours. This was not always the case. I got a reply saying that I needed to wait a few days for the return address as they were moving their warehouse. I asked them for a prepaid return label but they wouldn't send me one as they said that what I had received was the same as the photo. I sent them photos of what I had received and the photo on their site, but they insisted it was the same. I spent $16 on the return shipping.

After 2 and half months going back and forth with Wellue to resolve my gifting order issue, they finally sent the replacement out to my grandparents. It's very long time taking for my grandparent's anniversary gift order.

Very mental exhaust with frustration and headache when dealing with Wellue for this long-standing gifting order issue. But yet one needs to be very very very patient waiting for their response. And reaching the key person and decision-maker is extremely important when it come to the resolution for issues.

My name is Yi-Rong Yang. I've ordered the health-related products from Wellue company for my grandparent's anniversary back in January 2022 but my grandparents have not yet received my gifting order. I've reached out to Wellue company for many times, but responded to me with no resolution. My grandparents also went to the local post office for 6 times and asked about this missing package, and every time when my grandparents went to the local post office and they were being told to contact the merchant for the refund or replacement, but every time when I emailed (since Wellue company doesn't even have a customer care phone number) them about this long-standing order issue for the past 3 months, first they ignored, then later for a long while, responded that's not their fault, No resolution ever to this order issue so far. I wish I would check this company's reviews before placing the gifting order for my elderly grandparent's anniversary.

As far as for the respect and courtesy reserved for my elderly grandparents related to this long-standing order issue, and I've already taken the step backs and compromise with partial replacement for this gift order for my elderly grandparent's anniversary. But this company responded by stating this is not their fault.

I've already let my grandparents down regarding this gifting order issue, and have asked them many times taking trips to post office about the missing package, from what the postmaster told my grandparents for their last trip to the post office inquiry about this missing package, "please reach out to merchant for refund or replacement, this is definitely not appropriate way of how to take care the senior, please let me know if I need to call the merchant to get this issue resolved in timely manner instead of bothering the elderly coming to me again and again and got no resolution."

I'm being very frustrated and helpless going back and forth with you professionals since no action is being taken and no resolution for this order incident. But if you professionals can show some kind of conscience and humanity to helping my elderly grandparent gifting order, and taking partial responsibility and do the partial refund or replacement for this order incident, your help and support are being deeply appreciated.

Their website tells you that they have a 30 day money back guaranty. I Purchased a Checkme O2 Max Wrist Oxygen Monitor, I tested it for a week against a hospital pulse oximeter (UC Davis MC) and a commercially available duckbill pulse oximeter (from Amazon). The sensor was placed on the same finger all the time. The Checkme O2 Max Wrist Oxygen Monitor would always read 4-6 points (SPO2) lower than both above mentioned pulse oximeter. I reported this to their customer support and requested a return authorization for their defective product. I have sent several emails and as to date, they have not given a return instruction or RMA number. Their latest excuse was that their warehouse is moving. I have written an honest review of the above product then after a couple of days, it was removed.

Try to avoid this getwellue.com Non-US based company.

Unit has 1 year warrant but they will not send a working replacemen wellue sent a broken replacement, i quess it funny to wellue to send nonn working units to people that have a 1 year warranty.

A very useful product. It gives me all the necessary information I need. The size is really small so it's very easy to carry is around anywhere I want. For an equipment so small, this dhas so many features. The technical support I received from the employees was also outstanding and I'm very grateful for them.

I needed to return an item to the company and found their customer service team to be outstanding. They answered my email immediately and explained how the return process works. Once the item was shipped back to them, they processed my refund quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy their products.
