“What a ripoff and bad company”

I requested to cancel an order within minutes of placing in error and they charged $10 fee. What poor customer service. I can only imagine if there is any other issue with this company. So sad that first time in my life I have to encounter this greed and lack of understanding. Oh well, live and learn and will ensure no one I know buys anything from Ghost Rider Learher.

I ordered a helmet from these losers months ago and they kept my money and won't answer any phone calls or answer any messages, emails, or letters in the regular ole mail. Would've given them zero stars if that was an option. RIPOFF

Hello there Joel. Just saw this review and it's not exactly accurate so I am adding this information. I am also sending you some email screenshots showing that both of your helmets were shipped out by my suppliers. Since it's many months later both tracking numbers do not show that you received the helmets even though you have admitted you received the Rebel Flag helmet. This is because the US Postal Service recycles these tracking number after so many months so they both come up this way. The two USPS tracking numbers are: 9405511108435567475118 which was for the carbon fiber look helmet that you said you did not receive. The other USPS tracking number for the Rebel Flag helmet you DID receive is 9405536205309336364826. You will see that now that these are from back in September of 2021 and it is currently June of 2022, which is nine months later, USPS has recycled these tracking numbers so they both show as just "created", but we know that's not accurate as you did receive the Rebel Flag helmet at minimum. But just so you know, I paid my two different suppliers the wholesale cost of the helmets and for the shipping of each helmet, so I did not rip anyone off, however the Postal Service may have misdelivered it or "lost" it. I have no way of knowing, once they pick it up, it's out of our and our suppliers hands at that point.

I wanted you to at least know that no one ripped you off. If there was any ripping off it was either lost or stolen via the US Postal Service OR perhaps after it was left at your home, of course I have no way of knowing this. Just as an FYI, we offer insurance and a Signature Required service that would have helped in this particular situation, but you did not avail yourself of either of these services. I truly am sorry if one of the helmets did not make it to you, but it's not due to my not ordering them for you. I am sorry if you did not receive one of the helmets, but they were paid for by me and there's not a lot of margin, so I certainly did not get "away" with something here.

I just wanted to let you know that. Oh and also Joel, I looked in my emails as you stated you contacted me many times with no response, but there are zero emails from you. You do need to contact us via our Contact form on our site as we are a small business and do not have someone dedicated to answer the phone 24/7. If I had received any email from you, I would have gladly looked into the issue.

PS to Sitejabber Reviews. This one review is NOT because Ghost Rider Leather has no other reviews, we have a LOT of them on our site, this particular review was done when we temporarily used your app which frankly was useless to us. In all the months we had you on our site, nobody used your service to leave a review, they left them directly on my site, so there are plenty that anyone who is interested can see here: https://ghostriderleather.com/reviews/

We have great reviews because we have great customer service.

To any other businesses reading this, Sitejabber's app sucks, very difficult to totally remove it from your site if you no longer want to use it. Just my two cents worth.
