I love this outdoor foldable rocker it's strong enough to hold people up to 350 lbs just what I was looking for. We like the rocker snaps in place. It is a heavy duty rocker and very roomy. It's easy too fold and is very durable and very comfortable. This is the best rocker we have ever bought.
They have auto address generator that put the wrong postal code I manually changed it which apparently didn't do anything because once you process the payment it goes back to the auto address generated! The UPS driver also sent my package to God knows where and let someone random sign off so the company is screwing me over for something out of my control blaming me the customer and saying too bad won't even help me put with the UPS CLAIM EITHER. DONT GET SCREWED THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY REGARDLESS

I received the Giantex round white table and 4 chairs ordered through EBay. The table wasn't easy to assemble but manageable. The chairs however not so. Talk about an over engineered product. Assembly was beyond belief in complexity. After it took hours over a couple of days, we managed to put one chair together. But it doesn't look right. So many screws, brackets, different angles and more screws baffled us. The instructions were of no use. Definitely not like the simplicity of IKEA. Tried another chair. Gave up. I want Giantex to come and pick up the chairs and give me a refund. Whoever designed these chairs failed customers. Review of 0 from me.

I ordered this Folding Rollaway Bed on Amazon with Prime delivery, they charged my account and created a label but UPS NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT TO SHIP... THE COMPANY REPS WERE USELESS AT HELPING KEPT SENDING ME BLANK EMAILS SO I FINALLY CALLED AMAZON AND GOT A FULL REFUND... DO NOT ORDER FROM GIANTEX IT'S GOT TO BE A SCAM.
Great washing machine. But unfortunately I have lost a tiny part which is essential and I can,t get it replaced. So now the machine is absolutely no use.
I don't know how this has positive reviews on a Giantex Portable Washer, or even Giantex. It was bad ordering. Very bad customer service. Your treated horrible and if you don't like the product? Shipping is not at a fixed rate and it could charge way much higher than the initial order cost and it's at your own expense. This company is underhanded. They offered me $18 on a delayed wait, which I never received. I asked for a full refund even before I got the product and was denied. So I paid full price on a delayed item, and to get a refund back? I have to pay $91 in shipping fees. I highly would NOT recommend this company at all, it's not fair, they don't treat people right TRUST the negative reviews. I understand it's hard without a washer, but it truly is easier going to a laundromat. If you don't have to rely on customer service? The product is bad too. Small. Heavy, if you got any joint issues or back issues this product is not for you. It's bad for lint. It's easier to go to a laundromat than it is to manually fill up this machine. I had to buy add on's on-top of the product, such as lint collectors, rubber mat, hose attachment all additional costs. This product is loud, it's echos in my bathroom, the heavier the item the louder the echo. The clothes doesn't come out dry as people claim it does. Overall bad product, and very very bad customer service. It's underhanded, not fair, and they don't treat you right. I asked for a refund and was denied my own money back! I never even received the item at that time, and was denied my money back! Now I'm stuck with this thing I didn't even want because of bad customer service. Please save yourself the hassle, buy elsewhere, and a different product
Received compact washer and dryer with a crack in front panel seam. Having a difficult time with the return.
