This basket was like $60-70 that I received for Mother's Day and I couldn't believe they were selling things from the dollar store. I'm pretty sure the dollar store looks better than what they sent me, and when you try calling them there's no answer and they give you 5 seconds to leave a voicemail until it cuts you off. I feel bad my boyfriend spent his money on this cheap $#*! basket. The products are nothing but chemicals. He even paid extra and it didn't get here on time for Mother's Day.

This basket was like $60-70 that I received for Mother's Day and I couldn't believe they were selling things from the dollar store. I'm pretty sure the dollar store looks better than what they sent me, and when you try calling them there's no answer and they give you 5 seconds to leave a voicemail until it cuts you off. I feel bad my boyfriend spent his money on this cheap $#*! basket. The products are nothing but chemicals. He even paid extra and it didn't get here on time for Mother's Day.

I tried to go about other ways but no email to contact support and no one is returning or answering my calls! I ordered an Easter Bunny basket for my neice and nephew and it was 3 days late. Not worth the price I paid of $45! Looks like someone packed up stuff they had in their house. Nothing at all like pictured!

I made an order 9 days ago for next-day delivery and no delivery has been made yet! I email them yesterday and they replied that are out for delivery today. It's unacceptable. That was a condolences gift that lost its meaning because was not delivered on time.
I can only imagine how bad is the service on special holidays. My fault for not looking at their online reviews before ordering.

Do not trust delivery time.

I was appalled at the quality of the Exotic Fruit Basket & Champagne gift I paid £132 for - arrived in a a cardboard box, not the advertised basket. Three pieces of the supposed ‘exotic' fruits were apples that were rotten and so went straight in the bin.
The package also arrived 5 days later than i was promised, so needless to say I will never order from them again!

The description on the webpage for the Luxury Gift Basket says: Includes: Apples, pears, orange, grapes, bananas & pineapple w/ cheese, crackers, tea & other savory snacks in a natural gift basket with a bow. There was not 1 single piece of fruit in the basket. Instead there was popcorn, a can of soda, honey, salami, cookies, peanut brittle and 2 other small snack bags. What a ripoff!

Don't bother ordering from here. It's a ripoff.

Very unhappy with the gift basket I sent to my grandkids half way across the country. Showed up several days after it said it was delivered and was nothing like the picture shown that I ordered. No bucket, just a cardboard box with only some of the listed candy included. Not as advertised.

Per advertisement on the website:

Okay so I am leaving this review because generally we tend to take the time to complain about the bad experiences but not give credit for the good experiences. So, here's my experience with this company... I placed an order on gift baskets.com on 02/25/2021. The same day I placed the order I realized I needed to cancel because it wasn't going to be here on time for my mother's birthday. (Didn't see the warning message listed at the top of their website until afterwards, of them notifying customers they were in the process of upgrading distribution centers so orders wouldn't be shipped out until 03/01/21). I emailed them and tried to call them that same day, no response (understandable because it was late evening and outside of business hours). The only nerve wrecking part was, I decided to look up reviews and as everyone can see they are not so pleasant. So I immediately started to panic because I didn't want to be $91 short. I waited until the next morning and checked my email. Still didn't see an email response from giftbaskets.com. I called customer service and didn't get anyone. I waited another hour and called, I got an answer. I am guessing they weren't open yet and that's why I was getting no response initially, but I didn't see any hours of operation so I don't know. So the manager picked up the phone (Sabrina) and I explained to her the situation and my experience. She was very understanding. She also apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Sabrina assured me she'd have my order cancelled and refund placed back on my card by noon. She stated they were having a technician come in and install new computers so she'd give me a call back when it was complete (this was at 9:30am). She also stated if need be she would process my request on her phone. I provided my information and we disconnected the call. I was still uncertain but I patiently waited. Sabrina called me back less than 30mins later, stating she had processed my request to cancel the order and my money had been refunded. She also notified me to check my email for confirmation. By my surprise, Sabrina had done just what she stated she would do and fulfilled her promise. I was grateful because this could've been a horrible experience, for what was supposed to be a beautiful occasion (my mothers 50th birthday). I already had a lot of emotions because I am the baby of four children and this is my first time ever buying my mother a gift for her birthday. I felt very great doing so and excited to see her reaction. Sabrina helped keep the excitement alive and I am really appreciative of that. I can't speak for the product because obviously I didn't receive anything. This is merely to give a positive review on the customer service I received. Hope this helps in some way.

Ordered and paid for delivery on a specific day and still 4 days later not received. Customer service awful and offered a discount on next order (which I am never going to use). Customer service then offered refund of delivery. Do not waste your money with this site, there are lots better hamper/gift basket companies out there. Poor, poor, poor

I ordered a gift basket 1 week ago and it still has not shipped. I asked that the order be canceled with a full refund. They only refunded 1/2 of the basket amount and did not refund the shipping nor the tax, even though the basket never shipped. Very disappointing.

Don't bother, ordered a gift so far three days late and they still can't tell me when my gift will arrive. Very disappointed as the moment has passed I will never use again. Save you time and money use someone else

I did my order thought it was all set and then i get an email like this-Hello,
We thank you for tour recent order before we may process your order we kindly request yacht you re verify the following.

Name of the person that placed this order.
Country eere this order was placed from
Name and address exactly as it appears on statement for the credit card used ti pay for this order
Recipients phone nimer needed by carrier.

Even spell check would tell them its all wrong. Also I was not ordering a Yacht just some chocolates for my Moms Birthday! They charged my card but canceled the order! Money is out of my account for several days!

I ordered a fruit basket for delivery to my daughter in law for delivery Dec 19. It is now Dec 22nd and still no delivery and no response from them as to when it will be delivered. First time using this company and I am not impressed. I would add a photo if I had something to show.

I ordered their Happy Bday Chocolate Covered Strawberries for a friend's bday. When the chocolate strawberries arrived, they were melted, mushy and some rotten. I called Gift basket to let them know the strawberries were inedible and they refused to give me a 100% refund per their refund policy. Instead they offered me 30% or to resend the gift. 30% was unacceptable, so I opted to have the gift resent hoping for a better quality batch. However, the second delivery was worst than the first. All the chocolate strawberries were melted, rotten, and inedible. In addition, it wasn't the Happy Bday strawberries I originally ordered, but some sort of chocolate covered strawberry assortment. I called the company a second time to inform them of the poor quality item and to request a refund. Again, they refused to offer a 100% refund, but a 30% refund and to deliver the strawberries once again. Who wants to send their friend rotten strawberries three times for their bday? This company does not abide by their refund policy and sends inedible rotten fruit. I will never order from them again.

They have the fastest service for delivery. The flowers are breathtaking every time and all my wife's deliveries. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Whether it's Mother's Day or a birthday or a holiday they're always up to date on the modern day vase or flower holder of your liking. They have very reasonable prices and definitely excellent flowers - fresh and with much aroma of beautiful smelling flowers.

3 strikes you are out. Each time a completely unprofessional service. I ordered a congratulations its a boy hamper.
It arrived all in pink with a hand written card saying congratulations on the arrival of your new son! But somehow its my fault. The website is faulty, outdated and doesn't upload correctly. It appears it has three different names. Gift basket, ribbons and bloom, the flower company and flower sales. All freshly named after continuous fraudulent and sub standard business practices. More than likely a back yard business using pay it later company's to rip innocent people off. The office manager deflects any scenario back on to the customer. But honeslty sending a boys gift basket to someone u care for, for them to recieve a girls one was extremely embaressing. Beware of this company. They do not care about our business.

Having received an add fro gift basket.com for chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day, I ordered them for my granddaughter. Watching the tracking, we were starting to get anxious as Valentine's day was fast approaching and there was no movement on the strawberries. We finally contacted gift basket.com with our concern only to be told the order had been "lost". This seemed odd as the money had been taken immediately when the order was placed. Upon further contact, we were assured the strawberries would arrive on February 16. They were overnighted to my granddaughter on the 16th, which was extremely disappointing to a grandma who thinks the world of her granddaughter. A professional gift company should be paying attention to detail. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a Christmas Basket for my sisters in NY. Paid extra for 2 day ship $43.65. Basket arrived 5 days later. Beat up, ripped box, torn cellophane. Paid this company a total of $285.96 for this basket. Horrible experience. Felt embarrassed for the recipients. What should have been a pleasant experience, turned into a nightmare. They did not even have the courtesy to respond to my emails. Avoid this company. They are not honest people.

I sent a basket to an employee that got injured at work. It went to the hospital which it never got there in the time frame that they claimed so he was released and it was at the hospital, they called the hospital and told them to discard the basket. So the hospital discarded the basket and then when I called they acted like it was my fault for sending the basket to someone in the hospital. Three weeks later they finally sent the basket again and when it got there it looked like my child packed it up but first smashed everything before putting it in to the box upside down and just thrown in. I would never use them again!

I didn't find this site until weeks after ordering from GiftBasket.com. Was quite surprised to see all of the negative reviews. Nothing but positive for me and my friend who was recovering from Surgery. Did a search, company came up. Ordered a get well basket with cookies, candies, and such. Got a call cursing and thanking me at the same time. Loved the cookies so much they couldn't stop eating, but recovering from surgery couldn't exercise to burn the calories. :) Smiles all around. I will definitely use them again.

It's a complete fraud. I think they are operating out of a basement. I paid $643.95 for next day shipping and $48 for the gift and it's been three day's and my poor elderly mom, still has not received her gift. She just got out of the hospital for heart surgery and she waited all day for her package that never came. This company is clearly using price gouging and misleading ales tactics and needs to be reported to the AG s soon as possible for omitting fraud. I called numerous times and they they were very rude and actually one person actually hung up on me. A company like this does not deserve to be in business! They operate in my opinion like a circus and I am 100% running a chageback! If you were taken advantage of by this company, please email me as soon as possible so Incan instruct you on the right paper work to fax to the AG. *******@gmail.com Also, I am putting multiple reviews on every website I can think of to warn the American people Of a boiler room that needs to be investigated and now that they slammed the phone down on me, I am going to blog allllll day and night about this!
