Purchased a clock from them via Amazon wrong clock received, after a week of emails trying to get it swapped for item ordered, was finally told today it was nothing to do with them, contact Amazon. But wouldn't give Amazon marketplace contact details! Awful company would never use them again, do not buy from this company

The clock I ordered took ages to arrive, then came with out instructions, which then took another 7 - 10 days to arrive. Clock worked for about 5 days then started to fall apart. Sent it back asking for refund, they just returned the broken clock. Takes ages for them to reply to e mails, then they do not act as they have said they will regarding a refund. Left me out of pocket not only for the clock but also for the return postage.
