I Purchased a large inflatable soccer ball on June 17 and I have inquired a few times about the status of the order and was told that shipping from China was delayed I inquired 2-3 more times over the summer about product availability and then finally asking for a refund. It has now been 2 1/2 months after the initial order and my emails to the support website come back undeliverable and state that the email address does not exist!

I ordered two cell phone holders for motorcycles. After two months and many e-mails to their "customer service rep" I received a package from the Philippines. Inside was a small pink bow and ribbon. Another e-mail was answered by the same shipping info sent earlier. I'm other words, as far as they are concerned, my item was shipped and received. End of transaction.

Order fro. This company last year never received the product. BBB could not help even though they had a U. S address. Then the name of the company change. Karma awaits.

I also ordered from them and received an e-mail saying it was on it's way. It never showed up... when I go to track my package, I get this message... This doesn't even deserve to be rated as one star...

If there was a 0 for rating that's what they would get. Please Don't Buy From Them! You will not get your order or money back. I ordered a water slide for my grand children and never received it. I asked for s refund and never received a response for my refund. What I received was a 10% discount for future purchase Really. I contact my credit card company and they still to date have not responded back to them, so I guess I am Screwed l.,,,. This site needs to be taken down for Stealing and Fraud.

They fooled me too, I ordered 4 inflatable wheels for grandchildren... they reported delays aso... upon me tracing the status over and over, they actually had the nerve to send me a mini size air bubble envelope with nothing inside with same tracking number... It was opened with a postal rep.as a witness and we made pictures opening...

Ordered on June 29th, never received. Said I would get refunded my $100 on 8/15/2019, never came. Then when trying to contact customer support I got an automated message about needing to close their business down because "They" were scammed?! Really? What a joke, or better yet, joke on me! Live and Learn I guess. -100 star rating!

On May the 20th I ordered 3 bicycle cell phone holders, have never received merchandise. 10 emails have provided no relief from this company. Bank card company said review a company before ordering items on FACE BOOK, I wish I had. Ordered the same item from AMAZON and received item in 2 days for 70% less the cost. Bank said review company and then see how much AMAZON charges for the same item. Again, I wish I had.

Ordered inflatable hamster wheel for grandchildren June 6 and have emailed I don't know how many times. After seeing the rest of the reviews I'm realizing it's a scam.

Ordered a sprinkler for our trampoline in June. Never received the order even though they took my money! Now there is no way to contact them.

Lawn toys and after 2 months I received a tiny heart charm. Was told I would get a refund in 3-5 days. That was August 9. Nothing yet as of Sept 2! Very disappointed and frustrated

I order a water wheel for my son's birthday over two months ago and I still have not received it! I've emailed the company several times always to get a run around response.

I am definitely going to report them to the better business bureau!

Ordered Motorcycle Cellphone Holder 2 months ago and just getting emails how they "work hard" to process my order.

Ordered product on June 6 it is now 8/16 never received sent over a dozen emails was told it was coming, sent tracking number it did not work. Was able to convince PayPal to get refund today. Avoid this dishonest company

Same as everyone else... never received item... no response to my emails... finally received the wrong item... a star shaped charm instead of a cutter head for my weed wacker.

Ordered inflatable yard wheel. They said they were overwhelmed with orders. Card was eventually charged. Was given tracking from LAOS, which was not helpful for tracking in the US. Every email was answered with unhelpful, generic nonsense. At one point a small envelope with a tiny bracelet charm arrived bearing a return address of the Philippines. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was issued an immediate credit. At that time I also discovered my charge was set up as recurring. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I paid 59.99 on Jim 26 for an outdoor water thing still haven't got it and they said they refunded my money 8/12 but they sent to pay pal and pay pal cannot get their bank to pay. No funds available piece of crap company

TERRIBLE. As everyone knows by now. I'm just posting to say I paid through PayPal, so I escalated through them and was able to get a full refund. Also, I reported them the to BBB and Federal Trade Commission. I hope they are "going out of business" because they were caught!

If I could give this a negative star, I would. I was scammed too. I ordered on 5/07/19 and still haven't gotten my item. I have emailed them 2-3 a week since. Sometimes I get a reply with a b. S. tracking number coming from Laos, but now their customer service email is getting bounced back.

Ordered splish splash for grand kids July 3rd and asked for tracking but they keep telling due to high demand... beware after 30 days via paypal your're screwed. I just went through PP for refund before it's to late!

I ordered the splash pad in June and got the same message as everyone else when I contacted the company in July. I tried one last time in August, but they say their site is being updated. They never give you any information for tracking and all of there contact information is unusable.
