The gummies are very soft and have a wonder mixed berry flavor. The pouch they come in seals air tight. I've only been taking them for 5 days so I cannot say at this time they've helped my hair. Thus the 4 stars. I haven't had any side effect from them. So far I am enjoying them very much. They sent a container you can also store them in if you want. This was an extra item they included at no cost to me.
I am so disappointed with Gimmie Beauty. I tried two different services from them and the products were OK but overpriced so I decided to cancel. I tried canceling my subscriptions (still currently trying) and it has been a nightmare. First I can not log into my account no matter what I do. I tried resetting my password but the email never comes to do so and I have checked my spam. It's not anywhere. I have done this about 10 times over the past month. So I went ahead and emailed them to request help, well that doesn't help either. I have now sent them four emails and not one has had a response. I have multiple charge attempts on my card and they keep on coming. Now I went on Facebook and sent them a message but still haven't heard from them there either. It should not be this difficult to get ahold of a company offering subscriptions, in fact everyone who signs up with them should be well aware of how horrible their customer service is.
