I ordered my husband a personalized throw for father's day and he loves it, also a few months before that I purchased a pan set that came with a set of 5 glass bowls which were broken upon arrival I contacted customer service and the agent I forgot her name sent me a replacement set I love these bowls. Never been dissatisfied with a purchase and thanks to them my credit is rising as well.

I have been with them for a while now! I wanted to order something an they sent me a letter saying I had to make a down payment for them to send it, i had the credit available, but they still wanted a down payment out of the blue! This has never happened before! So even though it says on my account page I have plenty of credit, they still want a down payment! This comply is a joke an a bunch of liars! They just are some fly by nite company that wants to rip people off! Going to file complaints with the bbb, ftc also! False advertising! Bad company!

This store is a joke they actually turn down paying customers for the most outrageous reasons which is definitely not a good strategy for a business I'm lucky they gave me credit than turned my order down because of the stupidity of so called other accounts which have been paid but I don't have to shop there thank God I have plenty other companies who give me credit and are paid surely you soon will go out of business.

Tip for consumers:
They shouldn't worry about other companies just there own if you are getting paid for your merchandise that's all you should care about

I would never order anything from Ginny's again they said buy now ànd pay later they took the whole amount out my bank account and don't like to refund ur money be aware of this company

My grandmother randomly ended up with a catalog in a nursing home & wanted some things for Christmas. I couldn't even go through the checkout process on my phone (I have a several security features enabled through lifelock & antivirus protection), I had to go through a different desktop computer. They charged $40 for shipping which is crazy on its own, for a $300 order. 4 days before the order was due to arrive I realized I'd not received anything about the order shipping, so I went to check on the status (again, had to go to a desktop) & all of my items show cancelled. I l'd received an order confirmation, then another email listed as an order acknowledgement the next day, but nothing ever saying that my order was cancelled. I was slightly upset because I couldn't talk my grandmother out of this order even though I felt some type of way about this website I'd never heard of. So I tried to call, could not get anyone. Says their call volume is high & try again later. Reached out to their Facebook page &, they responded quickly and asked for the full name & address on my order then never got back with me. Almost worried I need to cancel my card because the whole thing is just off to me. Also I checked the website and the items still show in stock, so it's not like they ran out & cancelled for that reason.

I have been waiting for a return label for a long time I have called many times and everybody I've called stated that they had sent out a return label but I never got them this last time the return label is not a return label that says FedEx ground on it so I called them trying to get a return label but cannot get a return label it is not my fault for it is Ginny's fault they had a defect in the volume of the thing that I got and I've been trying for months to get a return label and still no return label I would not recommend this company to nobody and as soon as I get all my bills paid off I will not come back to it

I only gave yall 3 stars cause my gma likes yall but me, nah yall are rude and hung up 3 times on me. I was calling to let yall know yall didn't give my gma all of her parts and the lady got her information and hung up on me then I called back done it again and I called back and she done the same thing. Yall have some rude people as yalls agents. She will not order anymore from yall! Her order wasnt all there and then yall be rude like that with an elderly?

Yea, give me a call back since yall keep hanging up on me! Message My Email and I'll give yall my phone number! Until then I will not take my reviews down!

Also I'm a Male I dont need to select anything except 2 fenders I'm not that complicated! Either Male Or Female. Idk why yall even have Other on there! I'm not a Cat Dog or Coyote!

I bought a Bissell vacuum from GINNY'S I GOT IT WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY YEAR WARRANTY I ORDERED THE END OF AUGUST GOT AT THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER NOTICE LITTLE BY LITTLE THAT DUST WAS COMING OUT OF THE BOTTOM I CALLED TO GET A FILTER FROM BISSELL AND THEY DON'T MAKE THE MODEL ANYMORE OR THE PARTS SO THE USELESS WARRANTY MY OPTIONS WERE GET THE SAME VACUUM WHICH I CAN'T GET PARTS OR FILTERS FOR OR A $200 CREDIT TO USE GINNY'S WHICH I WANT NOTHING FROM... THEY RECEIVED THEIR MONEY ON TIME BEFORE TIME ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY REIMBURSE! I WANT NOTHING FROM THAT CATALOG AND BEWARE I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GINNY OR THE AFFILIATE COMPANIES THEY ARE SCAMS there's a picture of the vacuum with all the dust collected when it's on that comes out and there's a picture of the filter that I can't get there's only so many times you can wash it before it starts falling apart beware... AND A PICTURE OF THE INVOICE

We ordered this bird bath paid around $60 it came with a broken piece and because the item was out of stock they couldn't replace, they did give a $8 discount to keep us from returning it. Here is a picture of the bird bath after a few months. Terrible product, cheap, plastic

They send u a picture catalog w/ $400 credit. U place a order for Christmas and then u get nothing. It's a scam and it's a load of crap. And I am very unhappy with them and seventh avenue and country door. All jokes. Thanks for ruining my Christmas.

Prices are a bit high. Quality of almost everything they sell is very good. Towels are not best quality, but fair. The metal bowls were poor quality. Thats the only 2 things I was not happy with. I have bought a lot from them, including furniture. The payments are real low, which I love, and the APR is low. I mainly like the way they have unusual items that I can't find elsewhere.

I ordered a Keurig 2 in 1 from Ginny's in October! It stopped working in February! I can't get it to come on at all! This is $250 wasted and I'm not finished paying my bill! I will NEVER order any kind of appliance from them again! Rather go to Targets or Walmart where they will honor it if it's broken! Lesson learned!

I had done business years ago, with Ginny's. I received a Holiday catolog that stated, I had a 400 dollar line so I looked at the Catolog instead of tossing it. I found some items, well under my credit limit, and placed an order, one item separate going to another state from other items. Three days later I received a email stating they would except one order but not the other, and a explaination in letter form would be mailed to me. I immediately called them, told them to cancel both orders, close my account and take me off of all their mailing lists and all their affiliates. The customer service representative put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back saying he was sorry for the wait time.
He told me, he cancelled the two orders, closed my account and took me off all mailing lists and I was all set.I thanked him and end the call. That should have been the end of it Right? No it wasn't, 2 days after that I received the letter I was told I would receive in the email with an explaination. They stated I went over my credit limit. The catolog stated 400 dollars, order was half that. They would except the order with a down payment, but never stated in the letter what the credit limit was. I disregarded the letter, no longer mattered. I was told the orders were cancelled as per my request. Three days later in the mail, I received an invoice for one of the orders, demanding full payment of the order!
I immediately called them AGAIN!
This time I asked for a supervisor, after explaining the first call, my requests and being told by their representative that all my requests were met, he put me on hold again for a long time, came back stated he saw, that I was tsken off their mailing list.
Only one order was cancelled and he would not close my account, until the order they mailed out after the request to cancel was paid in full.
He was very haunting and told since they did send it out, I was responsibile for payment. I call my brother in Wisconsin, asked if he received an item from Ginny's. He didn't know where it came from and he and his wife thought it was a scam and waiting to see if he would be billed for something he did not order. I had already purchased an item for them on Amazon, because the order was cancelled from Ginny's and the cancellation was confirmed by Ginny's customer service. Ginny's states they are a family owned business, apparently a very dishonest and crooked family, so disparate for sales, they send out cancelled orders, thinking they can put the consumers on the hook! Filed a complaint with Wisconsins consumer protect agency,
Where the company and crooked family are located. Do not order or attempt to order goods from this dishonest, and fraudulate family and company.

At Ginnys i had 1175 in credit. At seventh ave I had 1125. At montgomery wards I had 800. At Country door i had 680 i believe. Well my credit was suspended for multiple orders. HUH? Its Xmas so yes there's more ordering. I think between 4 stores i had 10 orders. That was to many and they cut my credit at every store. How can you give the credit then say your using to much at one time. Really? 10 orders in a months time from 4 stores.

I any very disappointed in the last order I made. Returned it and charged almost the whole amount of the watch in return charges.The quality of the watch was poor and not made very good. I will never order from this company again.

Ginnys sold us a defective, Lamb Plush Toy that was listed as Playing Music and Lighting Up. Instead, I received a NON-WORKING, Battery Operated Plush Toy. A replacement Lamb was received from Ginnys after returning the defective item. LOW & BEHOLD a second, defective Lamb was received. How do companies get away with selling defective toys?

I had bought several stuff from this place and have always made my payments I even signed up for they were to be taken out of my account monthly but in June Jenny's never made that attempt to take out my payment and then July team and they took it out then asked me if I was going to pay for June and I said I was on all night payments and then they charge me a late fee yeah I don't think so Jennings I'm not paying that late fee y'all don't buy from this company they charge you a late fee even when they refused to take it out for that month I don't know what planet you're on but not on Earth I'd rather go someplace where they acknowledge get my payment also I had almost $3,000 worth of credit with this company they stash in half when I didn't buy from them the next month know what is that now my credit over limit because they dropped it I'm not buying from you ever again I'm paying this company often don't have no plans to ever buy again from t h e m dissatisfied and I don't know about the customer service cuz I've ever talked to t h e m by phone thank you

It is amazing that i have an account with the sister company and they receive all of my payments. Unfortunately when i pay my Ginny's account with the same banking information as the Midnight Velvet account Ginny's tells me they did not receive it. I called my bank and was told they never received any information from the company. This is a scam to charge late fees. And make harassing phone calls with the rudest people ever!

Ginnys opened up an account in my name and did a hard inquiry on my credit report. 4 calls to Corporate all the way thru the Credit Department Director and promises of correcting It and nothing was ever done. I have told everyone that I can about their lax verification of facts before opening an account and poor customer service. There are too many other online retailers to bother with a company like this. Walk away!

Please before you sign up with this company read the fine print that states that every time you place an order they are going to pull your credit report. It is a scam by them making you think that they have approved you for a credit limit. That is not at all true. When you call to inquire the customer service staff is most often rude or in one case I was advised to cancel my subscription because they do not care about customers by their own associate. Many of the products are substandard as well.

Someone opened an account in my name and trashed my credit score for not making payments on the account. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB and the attorney general. This is a FAKE company!

Very Poor Shipping standards. I ordered a package on 3/24 they sent message shipped 3/25. FedEx says will Deliver on 3/27 by end of day. I called Ginny's this Morning with my Complaint. She could not tell me anything about my package. I said FedEx site says it shipped 3/26, to be delivered by 3/27. She says well if it didn't Come Saturday it will come today. That's all I can tell you.

Their so-called credit is a joke. And the shipping fees are insane for certain things. Also, the crap they sell is cheap garbage with a hefty price tag. Customer service is terrible. They don't listen and it seems they aren't able to comprehend anything. Total idiots and rude as hell. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again and my advice is to stay away from these scammers, liars, and cheats

I moved to a new apartment and I ordered a couple of masks. Well what I thought was my new zip code, it wasn't And I Didn't know till after it was shipped. I sent message to shipper, but that didn't help. I asked for a half refund but they refuse to budge on any compromise. Thy are wanting another $11 to reship order. When they could've easily took care of the customer. I wouldn't buy from them And hope others won't.
