I have been a customer of Glamaco for several years, using the online order process. There is a great selection of products on the website. Orders have always arrived promptly. I once had an issue where Startrak did not complete the order (even though they said they did... but blatantly lied!) I contacted Glamaco and this was no problem, they simply re-sent me a new order which arrived a few days later. Highly recommended.

I placed an online order at the start of April. My order arrived a few days later, and when unpacking, I noticed there was some stock missing. Upon contacting support, I was advised that the two missing items were out of stock, and I would be issued a refund in a few days. It has not been a MONTH and multiple attempts to contact support, and STILL no refund. There is no contact number that is connected to call, and all emails fall of deaf ears. Absolutely appalling service when I have been a regular trade customer for years.

I haven't had any issues in the past when ordering online from GlamaCo. However, I placed an order on the 9th April and 4 weeks later my order is showing a status of 'Ready to Ship'.
I have sent through 6 online enquires about the status of my order and no one replies. Their phone number is purely a messaging service and they do not respond to emails or their own 'BotChat'.
The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating.
At this point I am unable to even request a refund.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago item shows as ready to ship but its still not shipped and no replies from customer service glamaco hire someone to actually respond to chat your bot is useless.

Worst online company I have ever purchased from. Completed my order online, money deducted from my account, following day received an email requesting a copy of my licence to be emailed to authenticate my identity. I phoned up and refused as this would be a clear privacy risk. I was told by customer service I would receive a refund but funds would take 3 - 5 days to be returned to my account. Clearly disclosing this requirement to the consumer during the check out process would have preventing me from proceeding with the sale in the first place. I would suggest that the company looks at providing a PayPal option which would alleviate the need for this risky authentication process to be necessary. Poor form GlamaCo.

I placed an order it was confirmed and money debited. An email then asked for additional ID, email drivers license "for my protection" and that I was randomly selected.
I declined, as supplying this to an unknown online company gave them ownership of too much personal information - enough to steal my identity.
On refusing they stated that it was in fact because they have had many fraudulent purchases for the item I bought (so not random and totally for their protection - it does not serve my personal protection to send ID info over the internet). I advised that sending drivers license online was against the guidance of the ACCC. I got no response. Days had gone by and worth noting they had debited my account the day I purchased. So they own my money for days - and then ignored my ACCC comment, when I chased again - they emailed back saying they have deleted the order and refunded my money. It is not back in my account...
Why cant they contact my bank, then have the bank confirm my identity. This would be the safest method for all parties. Customer service was a disgrace - they are not putting their customers security first.
They accuse me of potentially being a crook - yet continue to email me promotional marketing info to entice me to buy more. I will never buy from this company again.

Ordered online, site states all orders will be dispatched the next business day, it was in fact 3 business days later it was dispatched. It should have been in an express post bag but only standard post received. Order items on a Wednesday, didn't receive until Tuesday I would have just gone into one of there stores if I knew it was going to be this long for delivery. Website misleading.

Can never get them on the phone,
They sent my order with items missing, didn't let me know, and says I have to wait 21 days for a refund? What!? Useless

I ordered one eyeshadow and they sent it to me in a giant box and charged me $13 for it - what a waste. The eyeshadow didn't even look like the picture and returning it is such a hassle because of their policy. Just buy from a more reputable place.

Ordered two conditioners online from GlamaCO and received my delivery within 3 days (I live in NSW)! Was wrapped delicately to prevent any damage and very excited to use them.
The only issue is one of the bottles has significantly less conditioner in them and a dent on the side. Questioning if some of it may have been used already :(

Do yourself a favour and buy from Norris. Glamaci has no after sales service. Quick to take your $ but when it comes to faulty products they run far the other way! And this review because of a $30 cutting Blade. Wow! Clever business ethics Glamaco North Lakes.

I was at the Browns Plains, Qld store today and experienced the worst customer service I've ever received.

I purchased two silver bullet hair dryers and the assistant had no idea how to unlock the lock on the device. She told me to wait aside until her colleague returned from lunch as she didn't know how to unlock the items. She continued to serve about 10-15 customers while I waited on the side. I felt like she had put me in the "too hard to deal with" pile and completely dismissed me.

After waiting for what felt like 15-20 mins without any regard if I was in a rush or not, I spoke up asking the assistant when I was going to be served. She had no timeframe as to when her colleague would be returning from lunch and made no attempt between customers to try and unlock the device.

I was extremely frustrated and honestly pissed off at this point. Finally her colleague returned and apologised for the wait and the only excuse she could offer me was that it was the previous assistants first week. I'm sorry but that is not good enough. Why have locks on items that staff have not been trained on how to unlock? It's not rocket science.

This experience has really been a terrible and frustrating experience for me and I would think that maybe training your staff on how to unlock devices on items should be the first thing to teach new staff.

Very unimpressed!

Went to the Arana Hills location, where I've regularly shopped for years, never had an issue, but yesterday I went in and I was deciding between colours when an older woman came out of the backroom and took the products from me to "put on the register". When she offered this, I said "no, thanks" however she then forcibly took the products that i was deciding between to the register.

I only assume that because of my alternative look (dreadlocks and no eyebrows) I was profiled as a thief. This left me with two options 1) leave and be branded a thief as I was obviously not intending to buy anything. 2) buy what I needed. So I opted to buy what I needed rather than my next visit be banned.

The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is the wonderful staff member on the register who could see I was unhappy and uncomfortable and made me feel much more at peace about my purchase.

One of our staff members went to buy some bleach as we do regularly, and when she arrived Kate "The Manager" told her that there is an hour processing time just for them to take the over the phone credit card payment. I called to ask why this was, as we needed the bleach now, and she said "I AM THE MANAGER AND THIS IS WHAT I AM TOLD TO SAY", I asked what exactly they do for an hour because I know taking a payment literally takes five minutes, and asked why she couldn't help us? She responded with "because all of the staff that can do it have gone home". Thanks a lot for trying to take a payment over the phone for us Kate, clearly you don't care at all about the business you are working for. Staff member got back to our salon and told me another girl was whispering to Kate that someone in the back room could help her put the payment through. You have just lost a customer because of your poor choice in staff Glamaco!

Go to Norris Kimdec Beaute International or somewhere else.

Company needs to change their delivery methods. 7 days after company sent email advising of item being despatched still no delivery. Sent email to GlamaCo advising and recvd standard reply, we are looking into it. Never got another response, so rang company, who said will get item tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, no item, rang again, it is on truck for delivery tomorrow and if you don not get it by 12noon ring back and will ensure you get it that afternoon. Had not recvd so rang and after staff checked with delivery company, told would be delivered that afternoon, around 5pm. Guess what, it is mid afternoon on the next day and still do not have item. Company response, if you want to cancel the order, once you get the item send it back and we will refund the cost. This we could not do, as we would not be home from this afternoon for a period of time. It has been 12 days since the item was given to the delivery company and all GlamCo will say and do is, "if you don't get it today, ring us back" instead of demanding action from the delivery company they employ for deliveries.

Ordering online was easy. Good communication. Let me know friday morning my hairstraightener was sent out. From qld to rural victoria estimated delivery time was 5-9 days but its tuesday and I just got it! Plus a few samples and wine giftcard inside! Will definately use them again for all hair needs. Thankyou!

Order yesterday morning received today at lunch time I got silver bullet hair straighter n its the best product iv ever brought the fast delivery was awesome n updates regular to let me know when to expect also website so easy to use n see product before u purchase I will always use them now thanks heap for my awesome hair xxxx

So i saw a GHD advertised on a shopping site and it was only $200 so i clicked the add and was directed to GlamaCo so when i went to purchase the product they added a free shampoo and conditioner which i was pretty impressed about. I purchased this on a Friday afternoon and i live in rural NSW, this company is in QLD. Well the package arrived on Tuesday morning and the straightener is beautiful and the free products are AMAZING they are colour shampoo and conditioner they smell amazing and they were full size! COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED! <3
