Gorgeous dress, exceptional color, just the bottom of bust to waist was too snug for comfort. I have a large ribcage for my size 10 body. It's a gorgeous dress and everything about it was just what I wanted. Hope it fits other women more comrtably!

I decided to order from Glamchase because they used their own models for their dresses, so it showed they design and make the dress by themselves.
When I received the dress and opened the package, it was same as the website design, also it is which one I was looking for. It fits me well because I chose custom made, the color was beautiful, the quality was excellent, the details were satisfied. I was very happy about this beautiful dress.
Already recommeded this website to my friends.

The dress look beautiful online. When I received it it look tacky and cheap. Now I want to return it but they won't give me any instructions. SCAM! I'm screwed!

I will never order from this company again. I custom ordered a dress to fit me and what I got was completely different. It was extremely large in some areas and painfully tight in others. The back was also different from what was depicted online. I tried several times to try and return in, but they wouldn't let me. They offered to pay for me to take it to a tailor, but what is the point of paying extra money for a fitted dress when you have to take it to a tailor anyway? Also, there was so much wrong with it that I don't think a tailor could have fixed it. I was told that the differences were due to the dress being hand sewn. Whoever is cutting their dresses obviously does not know what they are doing.

I ordered a dress from them for my retie the knot ceremony and the dress turned out bad. I asked where to return it and they came back and said pick any other dress and we will make it and you do not have to send back your dress. Please give us a chance. I picked out another dress and then they had the nerve to say it would cost me 70% of the purchase cost. I went back to them and said refund me and where do I need to send the dress. They then asked for pictures of me in the dress before they could refund me. Really... I took there freakin pictures and then they had the nerve to say they would offer me the below

"Dear Debra, each dress is newly custom made and we will offer you 8% partial refund of dress and you don't need to send dress back. Please keep dress and accept partial refund. Thanks."

Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this company. They are a ripoff.

Really a beautiful dress. I ordered my wedding dress with sweep train from this company, the dress fits me like a glove, also the quality was amazing. I love the dress very much, when I tried it on, I got so many compliments. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Glamchase.

I ordered my bridesmaids dress from them and they sent my a completely different dress, the color was off, they added horrible plastic bejeweling that made the dress look super cheap and there wasnt any bling on the orginal dress. And the silhouette for the dress was supposed to be a mermaid shape and instead was a fit to flare. I can go on about what was wrong with the dress, but the worst part is that they told me to pay for another dress if I didnt like what they sent. I have sense been trying to get somone to help me resolve my issue and I have yet to get a response. Do not order from this company. I am now out $178.00 and stuck with a dress that I never ordered in the first place.

ALERT! I'm writing this review and taking my time to do so, to alert everyone what kind of COMPANY is GLAMCHASE. I ordered a dress a month a go that it look Georgeous in their website. I followed exactly everything to order the right size. I went to my seamtrees for her to take my measurements and pick the correct size according to the company size chart. I needed the dress soon I couldn't not have time to return it.
I read the return guidelines and they stated that if the dress didn't fit or something was not wrong. To take pictures and send to customer service. Fine.
I received the dress and 1) The dress, material etc was not even close to what it looked in their website. 2) I tried it on and dress was HUGE on me. It was terrible very bulky, heavy, awful material and very cheap looking. 2) I took pictures (14) and sent them to Customer Service. NO PHONE NUMBER to call only messages. They are in China somewhere. By the way the dress was $149.00 plus tax, shipping plus xpress mail $178.00. They answered me saying that to make the dress it costed them to much $ and the only thing thtey can offer me for return is 5%, which is $7.45. Do you believe, it cost them to make a dress in CHINA $141.55 dollars? No way.
I wrote them again asking if they have seen the pictures. And that the seamtress told me the dress can not be fixed because it will be like making the dress like new and she has to charge like a new dress. I wrote them again to reconsider that I was willing to pay the return shipping if they give company credit not return $$$. They answered me. NO. That their offer stand at 5% of the dress price. I'm not giving up I contacted a lawyer and he said they are not doing legal customer service according to their RETURN guidelines on the website. I took the time to write this review out of principle I will not want anybody to get riped off like me. Please anybody that you know tell them my story. You know how hard it is when you are buying on line to get the correct fit. It has happened to me several time but I never had a problem returning the items, the company has even mail me the RETURN LABEL for FREE.
I really hope you learn from my experience and take this seriously. Thank you for reading!

I ordered a floor length dress ******* in Lavender from Glamchase, I am a uk8, when I received my dress and opened it, it is amazing. So I couldn't wait to write a review for this company and these brilliant guys, to be honest, my words can not describe... because I love this dress soooo much, It is exactly what I want for my event.

I needed the dress urgently because my event was only in 2 weeks. I contacted the customer service department, they advised me choose rush order when I ordered the dress, finally my dress was arrived 2 days before my event.
Also fortunately the dress fits me well, the color was beautiful, and it was which one shown on their website. Thank you, Glamchase.
