Hair is coming out by the hand fulls do not recommend to buy pic is just from running hands thru it if brush it so much more comes out I have bought before an never had a problem but this time they was $600 wasted plus $300 installed just to buy another brand an have redone

The hair says "MADE IN CHINA" on the box. I never opened. IF YOU OPEN IT. YOU CANT RETURN IT. So I mailed back. Sticking with Hair Shop that I can actually touch and see and doesn't say MADE IN CHINA yuck! You can smell the chemicals through the box. Like fake doll hair.

I had some extensions from them a few years ago and they were great…I got some about 6 months ago and couldn't wear my hair down from day 1, they tangled so bad I couldn't even brush them out. Honestly, I'm not even sure it's human hair anymore.

First I ordered the color wheel to color match my hair. I ordered with the guarantee that I could return this for a refund. When I tried to return using their website I was not able to print the label. I used the web "chat" feature and was told the label had been sent to me. I never received it.
Next I did order a clip in weft. It arrived tri-folded at the top. The fold bumps have never disappeared. It has been over 3 months now. I have tried to iron, lay flat, fold opposite and still have a wavy weave that you can see and feel when worn. I would like to review or reach out to their website but my login won't work after months of trying. Quick review of the product... weft has 4 clips and personally I find smaller 3 clip wefts better. With 3 clips I can quickly center on my head. The hair seems to be good quality but I tried to add highlights and they color did not lift. I was able to darken the roots with permanent color. The hair can be curled or straightened easily. The main complaint I have is the wavy, bumpy creases that prohibit the piece from laying flat against my head.

They are just good but i am not satisfy with their work, product quality and service. That's why i gave them 3 stars and i gave it just because attractive website and external looking.
