RIP OFF/EXTREMELY UPSET - TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNED: I TRIED TO RETURN MY INITIAL PURCHASE, TO GNS, INC FOR ACAI BERRY, ONLY TO FIND OBSTICLES IN MY PATH... I CALLED THEIR (800) NUMBER FOR A AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, TO CANCEL FUTURE SHIPMENTS AND TO RECEIVE A REFUND, ONLY TO FIND SOMEONE IN INDIA TELLING ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME, AT THAT TIME, BECAUSE THE SERVERS WERE DOWN... HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK IN 5 TO 6 HOURS... A FEW DAYS LATER I CALLED BACK ONLY TO GET THE SAME RESPONSE... NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS EXTREMELY AGITATED... SHORTLY AFTER, I RECEIVED MY SECOND SHIPMENT... I THEN CALLED GNS, INC AT THEIR ARVADA, CO. LOCAL (303) NUMBER. AT THAT TIME I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM WITH THE 800 NUMBER AND THE FACT THAT I WANTED A REFUND FOR TWO BOTTLES OF ACAI BERRY FOR $69.90... I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T BE HELPED BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CLOSED... I LEFT MY NAME AND TEL. NUMBER AS REQUESTED... I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN THE AM AND THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD GIVE ME AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR RETURN AND REFUND... I CALLED THIS AM, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AGAIN... CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND ONLY A CREDIT... MY CONTENSION IS THAT GNS, INC MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED THUS CREATING A NON-REFUNDABLE CREDIT... HOW FAIR IS THIS?
