Decided to try a Glossier makeup remover after reading the great reviews. Have never ordered their products before & thought it was a good deal to just order straight from their Glossier.com website. I bought two makeup removers & added an $18 lash stick to qualify for free shipping. Received my box in the mail of which all three items were supposed to be in & no lash stick. Here's where my frustration lies: they have no customer service phone number whatsoever, only email. Seriously; try to find one. Google can give you some recorded message line that's only for people in California that can leave a message for some other program, but that's it. I emailed and haven't heard back, so to say I don't trust the Glossier company or website would be a huge understatement. **Edit: they have reached out to say they're putting a replacement in the mail. Will edit this review if received.

I love the cloud paints but I still find them a little over priced as I can find similar products on etsy for much cheaper. However, they have consistent products unlike my previous experiences with some other businesses. Good for sensitive skin too. Love their chemical exfoliate too. Shipping is not an issue if you buy above $50.

Glossier has amazing customer service. They're helpful, friendly, efficient and generous. Delivery is always reasonably prompt and everything is packaged so well. Love it!

This Glossier site was recommended to me by a friend, and I really adore shopping there. The site provides a fantastic product selection. I bought Cleanser Concentrate, and it's a great product. I have an acne problem, therefore I'm trying it out, and after only one day, I've seen the best results.

Love their cosmetics, love their ads, love their models and even their refund policy. A small complaint that something is wrong and woosh, everything is fixed and you've got an excuse from their support.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a fan of glossier. They have gentle, cruelty free products that my sensitive skin seems to like well. BUT i will say, you most likely have to already have relatively good skin to like it. I don't have acne prone skin, and the products do make my skin feel hydrated and dewy, but i already have genetically healthy skin to begin with, and i have a feeling that might be a big factor. I think of it more as maintenance products, rather than something to fix skin issues. A little over priced, but i've always been happy with my purchases.

I received a sample of Glossier's Balm Dotcom lip balm and I immediately purchased 3 full size tubes. It's that good! The coconut smells like real coconut and I use it not only on my lips but also my cuticles and chapped skin. I've even used the rose tinted balm as a blush, in a pinch. They're $12 a pop, but they seriously last forever so don't let the sticker price intimidate you!

Nearly 4 weeks and no delivery, an invalid tracking number, no response to my emails other than stock reply copy. What a scam. Glossier. Don't believe the hype, there are better cosmetics in market that actually arrive when you pay for them.

I bought the glossier cleanser concentration; used it ONCE and broke out like crazy! My face is full of boils and my lip is swollen cause of how bad the breakouts are. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP! The Neutrogena Stubborn Texture works sooooooo much better!

I am very frustrated with my current order from Glossier. It has been 2 years that I am ordering with no problems until yesterday I received my order missing one item. I looked for a phone number to call them and couldn't find any! How come a good company doesn't have a phone number? The only way to contact is through email and I am wondering about the reviews regarding the good customer service. I wrote to them and so far no answers. Christmas is in less than a week and my gift to my daughter won't be ready. I am very disappointed with this company and based on how they will handle this I might not order anymore.

I went to Glossier's website just to get blush and ended up buying skincare products! They even gave me a free sample of their facial product. It did wonders to my face like softening it, making it clean, and making it have a beautiful glow! I got so many compliments on how pretty my face looked without makeup! I will definitely be ordering more soon.

I ordered from their website out of curiosity. I thought to know what's the hype about this products. OMG, their generation G lipstick is a holy grail. I ordered two but then when I received it, I didn't like the other color. So I wrote to the customer service that I don't like the color on me and wanted to exchange it. Let me tell you I never had a customer service who replied back to me within at least less than 2 hours. They're the best customer service! I can't get enough of their products and of course I end up buying more items. I love their Boy Brow too! Now, I can't wait for my Milky Jelly cleanser and Milky Oil waterproof makeup remover. Glossiers website is very easy to navigate. It is broken into 4 sections: skincare, makeup, body, and fragrance. I have tried their products and they have a big emphasis on highlighting your natural beauty features and maintaining healthy skin. On their website you see models with more stripped down looks and nothing too extravagant. Because of this, they put in a lot of effort into their products and really listen to their customers needs off their blog titled Into the Gloss. The brand has amazing customer service which has actually helped with its success since it is big on customer assistance through their official social media accounts and proudly features their customers photography of their products.
My favorite products consist of their fragrance titled Glossier You, their body lotion called Body Hero and their sunscreen that goes on clear. With the fragrance, it has more musky tones to it and is very gender neutral. Both me and my friends use it and works perfectly for both of our personas. The Body Hero is great because once you apply it, your skin absorbs it and keeps your skin feeling healthy all day. If you are looking for a brand that focuses on elevating your natural look, I would give Glossier a try.

They have one of the best face masks with Aloe Vera, honey and lemon extracts which keeps skin hydrated. Suits all types of skin.

Purchased a few products for my fiancé's birthday who is a devoted Glossier fan and received the products in a quick and timely fashion. She swears by the products so as long as she is a devoted user of the products I'll definitely keep coming back to shop.

I made a purchase from this company and to be honest I wasn't thrilled with that particular item. But I sucked it up because sometimes we purchase things and don't like them. Later down the road I received an e-mail from the company about my purchase and I replied and expressed my dismay about the product and simply mentioned it wasn't the greatest thinking it would end there. The next day or day after that I received an e-mail that told me I would receive a refund on my credit card. I was pretty floored. I had never asked for a refund. I've always heard very good things about this company and their products. Perhaps I just chose the product that wouldn't work for me but I will definitely be purchasing other products from this company! The level of customer service was astonishing and you don't find that anymore nowadays. Thank you Annabelle and Ariela for an amazing experience! The lipgloss leaves a wonderful shine on my lips. The tubes dont leak like others and they are so cute. Kinda like a beautiful aesthetic if you must. And its not sticky like the rest
