“No delivery in more that 50% of the cases”

In more than half the cases they deliver the package straight to a random $#*! pickup station without even bothering to ring the doorbell. I even have a pick up station right next door, not once (out of 15+ deliveries) did a package land there.

If i could give 0 stars, i would without a doubt. This company is TERRIBLE. If you can request your package be sent by ANY other company. I recommend you to do it. I was waiting for a delivery of a weight set of 20kg i ordered off of Amazon. This "company" if it can be called this decided to not bring it to my house (putting excuse that i was not home while i was actually in quarantine for that whole week) and dropped one of the two packages off at a post office (not even the nearest one to my house but one further away) the package of 17.5 Kg where i had to carry the huge package by hand (as i don't have a car) across 500m and ended up with a wound on my fingers. And they decided to drop the other package off in a whole different district because why not? 1 km away without informing me this package was at a pick up location. I had to call the original company to give me the location of this package and the pick up shop is closed. If i can sue you, i will.

Have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks. I was always at home and somehow they could never deliver it. They kept on postponing the delivery date (letting me know the same day, of course) and when I called and asked what the problem was the answer was: change you adress (pretty difficult if you only have one appartment) or come take it at the station (also pretty difficult as it is 30 mins far away by train). The info email adress is an embarassing way of communicating, as they will always answer with a pre-written email and never give you any kind of explanation or apology. I really wonder how a company like this can survive.

Had the worst experience with them recently. They forgot the parcel somewhere, they lied about where it was and when you ring up to ask all you are told is "I don't know". They said they couldn't deliver the parcel, but when I rang up to ask what the problem was, "I don't know". What should I do to bring this 3-week saga to an end?, "I don't know". So what do I do now? "I don't know." Notice that I said that I rang up to ask what the problem is. They tell you nothing unless you get in contact. The recipient of the parcel asked on of the GLS people (once they had finally finished passing him from one place to another) if he would ever have received his parcel if we hadn't called and they said, "No". The only reason they are getting one star is because there is nothing less than that.

Tip for consumers:
That the only reason they have a 1.1 - 1.4* rating (5* being the best) is because nobody can give zero stars. Avoid!

Never worked for me. They don't deliver, they don't even ring the doorbell. You get a message. That the delivery has failed, even if you where there at the time given in that message. They just dump the parcel at the shop and call it failed delivery. This has happened every time I waited for a delivery via GLS. And I am not the only one

I try to organise redelivery by calling customer help but they were no help. Package got redlivered the next day but I was worried that they had lost it. Customer support couldnt find package in their system even if I can see it on their website. Very confusing.
