“Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced”

I will not be reviewing the product because the customer service was so bad that I will be returning it no matter how nice it is. I ordered a mug for my brother for Christmas. I paid $12 extra for 2-3 day shipping to get it by Christmas. It did not come. I emailed, saying I never got my item and I did not even get my confirmation email. Shortly after, in response, they sent me my confirmation email. I was not going to accept that as an answer, but my emails were ignored! (Previously I had emailed asking questions about the product and they responded within a reasonable amount of time. But when I emailed asking for my $12 back, they would not respond!) So I went to Facebook and wrote a bad review of them on their page, hoping to get their attention. It worked, but they were no help. All they did was give me lame excuses, like, " Sorry about the delay of answer on email, but we're getting in hundreds of emails daily and we'll try to get back to you asap." I'm sorry, but other sites receive thousands of emails daily and still respond promptly. They did not get back to me asap. It took days each time I sent a message to get a response. They said that they are sorry, but it is stated that 2-3 day shipping is not available for pre-order items. First of all, it was not made clear to me during the ordering process that I was "pre-ordering." Second, the option for 2-3 day shipping WAS available, I was able to select it, and they charged me for it. If pre-order items are not available for 2-3 day shipping, then you should not be able to select the option and they should not charge you for it! They are deceptive. And they are still ignoring me. Whatever responses they do send are as evasive as possible and ring with a tone of "We don't care, we already have your money." After 17 DAYS, the mug finally arrived. (They CANNOT justify charging me for 2-3 day shipping, because it arrived 13 days after it was shipped out!) It was smashed into a too-small box that ironically said "Handle With Care." The box was bulging and the mug was not protected at all. This business can't even bother buying boxes that their product actually fits in! All in all, my experience has been terrible. I have been cheated of my money, intentionally ignored, and treated as completely unimportant. Not to mention that the product is overpriced to begin with. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is clear that they do not care about their customers, they just want our money.
