First time doing business with this company despite all the negative reviews, they gave me severe anxiety. I had absolutely no issues I'm 100% satisfied with my shoes right size right order right shoe I paid for the overnight delivery they were here in less than 24 hours, I mean I have no complaints at all. I feel bad for all those people. They have bad experiences but I don't buy or sell used shoes either online so I have no choice five stars thank you goat. I will definitely be here to make another purchase.

I order the Kobe sneakers for my son for Xmas size11. They delivered a size 9. I could reacted them right away send all the pictures they wanted and nothing I contacted them so many times via the goat support because you can never call. And no one was able to do anything or help. I will never order from them again. It is horrible how they treat you.they made the mistake and would not own it. The shoes were too small for my son. Anyway I made the mistake and I hope you guys don't as well

I swear, I think these guys are running a racket. They make you pay for shoes, then they go try and find the shoes, maybe/maybe not. Then they give you zero info outside of "we passed your crap off to FedEx/UPS" and when the product never shows up, they literally tell you. "we don't care, not our problem!" I wouldn't recommend using these website! $170 bucks down the drain..

I ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers in the color "Sea Salt" which are a beige & white color, they delivered "Moonbeam" which are a pink & purple. They have NO customer service number or online chat. I've sent multiple emails requesting how to go about an exchange/return/refund or store credit as I am flexible on rectifying the error and they have not responded once. It has been 3 weeks of emailing and trying to reach out and there has been no communication whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my credit card.

Returns process deliberately made difficult, credit note only option despite being entitled to refund. No replies to emails, very poor customer service. You have been warned! Worst company I've dealt with in years I'll never use them again and I'll tell everyone about how appalling they are

The shoes look real but they are fake. They are made cheap and not properly made. They have stitching and bunches of fabric next to your baby toe and makes it impossible to wear. They also won't refund you. They only give goat credit for more crap that no one wants.

Be aware of their "no return" policy. If they feel like it they'll issue a credit to your account but unlikely. I return a pair of shoes the next day after receiving them. They declined credit/ exchange without giving a reason. No more GOAT for me nor my kids.

I ordered a pair of Jordans, returned them the very next day with the shipping label that they provided and are literally now refusing to refund my money. You cannot even call the sham of a company, they respond with emails from different people and ultimately said I needed to contact my financial institution to get the money back that they said they would refund me once they received the sneakers. Did not happen. Do not order anything from this company

So I recently purchased a pair of new shoes from GOAT that showed up used. There were creases in the shoe, the outer sole was dirty, there were even stains on the fabric, and last but no least sock lint still inside the shoe. Not sure how, but I was told that they passed inspection and that I was not allowed to refund them. I asked for a discount and was denied that too. I gave them money for something I didn't receive in the condition it was said to be in and I was treated like a criminal for it.

They do not honor their return policy…they will do whatever it takes to deny a return. Their specialist denied my return which was sent back exactly the way it was delivered to me. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Ordered sneakers for my son. He tried right side on right foot and immediately knew they were too small. Sent them back. Would not return my money because the said they were worn? But I could resell them? Wanted refund. Sent an email telling me how carpets are dirty…. Complete rip off. Would not order from this site.

I have had two experiences with Goat now and they have both been terrible. The customer service is non-existent and any issues you have with your purchase will go completely unnoticed. I have never been "ghosted" by customer service before, but after three weeks of trying to get a resolution, I've given up. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I returned the shoes to them and GOAT never refunded our money back. They never did any credit to the GOAT account. They never returned to us the shoes either. Worst purchase online ever.

Plz don't shop with Goat! StockX is way cheaper & faster! There's no way u can get anyone on the phone! Plz I repeat before u buy anything from Goat to price check with StockX. They don't respond to emails as well. The seller can literally take up to 2 weeks before they send your product to Goat for verification yet Goat rushes to confirm your debit card! Goat is a scam that I think orders off of StockX themselves! They charged me $200 more for a pair of shoes than StockX. Go look for yourselves!

Shoes got returned automatically while I was away on holiday and they give me only $98 of my $300 purchase! Charged me a return fee and some other fees… after I paid shipping and authentication fees! They didn't want to give me back the money and said I have it in the vault and need to sell the shoes so I had to sign up as a seller etc! Omggggggg and then they take a cut of that if I sell. Like wtf. Then I only get $70 of the $300 spent! Such a $#*!ing hassle

They have a sht policy to cancel an order.
You have 3h OR until the order was confirmed, and in my case, the order was confirmed in 3 min, I didn't even have time to look on the order details. Please try to avoid this store as they are trying to not help you with anything, the support it's really slow and the only communication channel it's via email, on Facebook nobody answers there.

I can understand now why the items are really cheap compared to other stores, because support it's not existing, basically this is a platform where anyone can sale their product even if it doesn't correspond to the description.

I asked for refund As went to wrong address on my Apple Pay after I changed it to new address. The gift was late for bday so I asked for return and after months no return label sent and it said pending months later. No response from them either. Never will I buy again after this experience and will use stock x

The tshirt I ordered for my grandson was a very odd size, a small neck, 3 x width but short. I requested a refund and after a number of emails and requests for photos stringing me along, they finally said the sale was final. The other item I ordered was cancelled. I would never try to buy something from this organization.

Most of the shoes on this site aren't even at their warehouses. I waited two weeks and then they said that the seller canceled and that I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. Been 5 days still haven't got my money. So for 3 weeks they've had my money and I still don't have any shoes. Go anywhere else to order your shoes

Received my Jordan Retro and the glue that keeps them together is coming apart. Tried to get my money back or exchanged but they would do that. Been buying from Goat for over 10 years and this is the first time I get a defective sneaker. I'm not a customer of Goat anymore.

I placed an order #******* on 11-01-2023. It was promptly shipped, and I received a tracking code. However, after a couple of days, the tracking information indicated that it was initially put on hold and then shipped back to the sender. Upon contacting their Customer Care team, they stated that, according to their records, the shipment is still in transit. When I requested a screenshot as confirmation, they ceased responding. I opened another request, but it was closed as resolved without any reply.

This has been an unpleasant experience with customer service. As of now, I haven't received my order, nor have I received a refund.

I bought some sneakers from GOAT, the carrier they used, Returnmates is the name, left them in the lobby on top of some locked lockers and now the box package is gone! I reached out to GOAT and they told me that because the carrier left a pic of them in a lobby that they were delivered and there is nothing they can do to help me. I told them that when I ordered I put an apartment, and that the Lobby of my building is NOT my address. They are unreasonable and wrong. If they would have used usps, FED X, ups, they would have put it inside the lockers instead of on top of them, or they would have delivered it to my door. Another thing is they told me next time make sure to look out for the package. Problem is they never told me the package was shipped until it was too late. In fact, I received a delivery confirmation email (around 10:30 a.m.) before I reviewed the email telling me it was shipped (after 12 noon). So they sent me the package shipped email literacy after the delivery. I couldn't look our for it. I won't be shopping with them anymore. I can't risk my money being stolen from me.

I'm just very disappointed in GOAT for lacking accountability.
