All over their site it says "hassle free returns!" But once they have your money, they won't even respond to your emails. Their products are nothing like they are advertised. I only wish I had done better due diligence before buying. I assumed PayPal would not let them scam me, but PayPal said the fact that they were selling a completely different product wasn't good enough for a refund because they did technically send me *something*. I looked on Amazon where some of their products are sold and their reviews show that a lot of people have been similarly scammed by them. Buyer beware!

I never write reviews because I've never had a reason to really but It's been almost 2 months since I made my order. Still haven't gotten it. Every time I check the order it just says haven't shipped. I've contacted customer support 4 times with no response at all. Honestly I just want my money back. But I'm starting to feel like I got scammed. If I could rate it a 0/5 I would.
