I love my wig. It's comfortable ann natural looking. Here is my picture. I have sandy silver grey hair that's vety fine. I matched up with Sandy silver and it's a great at home. When all grey I will get a silver wig to match. Thank you Godiva secret wigs. Large Freedom.

First of all, received the wig the next day. The wig was not right for me, so returned for another. Received next day, and it was great. Great service. Highly recommend. Plus, they have tutorial on how to make smaller for us petite size.

Bought on line. Color was not close. Topper was so shiny it looked fake and plastic. Returned for refund. They keep a $30 restocking fee. I was charged $40 customs when it was delivered as well. So I'm out $70. Not a happy experience!

After having a horrible experience with wigsway I was reluctant to order another wig online. Thankfully I found Godiva's Secret Wigs. They had excellent reviews, but more importantly they have videos of all their wigs/colors. Getting ready to purchase my 4th wig! They deserve a 10!

I have purchased several wigs and other pieces from Godiva Secret Wigs. I've never purchased from another company, so as far as quality of the products, I have nothing to compare them to. I will say that they seem okay to me for the value. I have only worn one of the wigs once outside my home. The other "pieces"are awkward at best when trying to make them look natural on my head.

This review however, is about a purchase I made this year. I ordered a wig that was too large. I immediately returned it and ordered the same wig in a smaller size. I had a credit balance on my account, so I thought. When I went to My Account on line, I learned that I apparently didn't have an account according to Godiva. I never officially signed up for an account with them online, therefore, an account doesn't exist! Now I receive numerous, even weekly emails from them, and they've sent numerous products to my home address, and they have my credit card on file, still I don't have an account with them. Huh? Really? All I wanted to do was have the credit balance applied to the new purchase, but it couldn't be done. I then made a phone call to learn that in order to apply a credit balance, I would have to call them first and request the credit balance be used. Otherwise my credit balance, my money, sits in my non-existent account. Where is the logic in this? I then contacted my credit card company and explained the situation because I once again had another $200+ put on my credit card. I received a letter from my credit card company stating that Godiva Secret Wigs has never responding to their request to reverse the charges because there is a credit balance in my NON-EXISTENT account!

Long story short, I don't need, nor do I want, any more merchandise from Godivas Secret Wigs. I have a credit balance that apparently is frozen in time at Godiva Secret Wigs. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service/ accounting department of this company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the wavy topper that was on sale. This topper is non refundable. I could not believe how terribly fake it is. You can see right through it and the part is so badly teased that a two year old would know it's fake. Also the clips are not in the position that the is shown on the videos. There is absolutely nothing good I can say about the topper. It is so light and flimsy that it doesn't cover the cap for want of a better word and the teased crown looks like scorched hair. There is no part to be seen just a big thick tuft all the way down the back of the topper. I feel cheated. Fake fake fake and ugly. The photos do not show how bad it is and the clips have those rubber things on there which keeps sticking in the hair damaging my own real hair as I struggle to fee it from the clips. What a mess

I placed a very large order and never received it. The package was sent by USPS and was lost. I contacted Godiva **multiple** times and never received any help other than to contact them at a specific future date for a refund if the package has not appeared.

The USPS was more helpful actually trying to trace the package for me. The USPS assured me it was lost, yet Godiva would still not issue my refund until the future date.

I emailed Godiva on that date since I still have not received my package requesting my refund. No response. I email them again only to receive a very unfriendly email saying I have to sign an affadavit that I have not received the package (they can see on the tracking that I haven't) and that they will be "watching" the USPS tracking in the future to verify if I ever receive this package so they can bill me. Unbelievable! They said they will in the meantime submit an insurance claim to refund me.

Terrible customer service! I already have 5 or 6 of their wigs and toppers so am shocked they don't take better care of their customers. Lesson learned!

This has been so disappointing to say the least! My mom and I spent weeks watching the mother/daughter YouTube videos and we were sold! They bragged about all the colors they had so we thought we had many options. WRONG!

We picked out our wigs and ordered the swatches so we could pick out our colors. So 45 swatch colors come in and we both picked the colors closest to our own hair.

So we go to place our order on the wigs we had our hearts set on... my mom sees that the wig she wants doesn't come in her color. In fact, only 5 colors were available in that wig. We found that odd with all the colors they have to choose from that they are always bragging about. So out of 45 colors, the wig she wants only comes in 5 colors. OK so that's just odd. So I go to order mine. This is the true kicker here... out of FORTY FIVE colors, the wig I want comes in ONE color! ONE. I really don't understand for the life of me that they offer 1 color in that particular wig. Needless to say we wasted a lot of time searching for the perfect wig and color from godiva wigs only to be seriously let down. I will let everyone I know who wants a wig to not even waste their time with godiva wigs because it's a joke! Don't have 45 colors to offer when you are severely limited on the styles that you want. A big let down and a waste of time!
