“Mistake made on orders. Replace one. The other 2 orders same mistake made but choose to ignore them”

I have placed my first order on the 09.10.2019. Printing quality is slightly below average, and the wording was slightly cut off at the corner. I thought it is a small issue and accept it (give and take). I have placed an additional 3 orders of total $200 for 900pcs of name card in Oct 2020. I have chosen a Translucent Name Card Printing Services - one side full colour and another side with a "print" to enhance the front white wordings since it is a transparent card). The 1st order was printed wrongly - one sided printing without white wording enhance. Took pictures and explained via email and the ordered was then being replaced. The same mistake occurred on the 2nd and 3rd orders. Pictures are also taken and explained via email. But this time, they claimed that the enhancement of the wording (which I have paid extra for) has been done on just one side, the same side of the card when printing of the name is done. This does not tally with what has been mentioned on their website and the name card designer that I have spoken with. I find that this is not acceptable and their way of handling the situation has caused frustration and they are not very professional. The last communication with them on this issue was last Friday which I have feedback with photos including the photo of the correst replacement name card for 1st order. Till today Tuesday evening, no one have contact me via email or phone. This have given me a thought that Gogoprint.sg might want to ignore this and not wanting to proceed with replacement. In term of handing the situation, the customer service (who is the same person that handle my 1st order) seems to be finding ways not to accept that the 2nd and 3rd order are wrong. Quality of the printing can be average, but I feel that if there is a mistake in the order, be good enough to correct it. Making different claims or finding way to cover or ignore this does not really help both parties. I feel I am being cheated and I thought it is good to share my experience. Delivery is fast as they courier the namecards from Malaysia KL.

Ordered twice from Gogoprint - both were fraught with problems. Both times, just to know the status of my order, I'd have to call their hotline to ask, and each time I'm put through different customer service officers just to get updates. Would have gone with other printers if not for them claiming that they can deliver by your selected delivery date, as long as I submitted the necessary. The last guy who I called was also very rude, in the nonchalent way he talks and responds to my questions. This will be my last time engaging Gogoprint.

Very disappointed in the solution that gogoprint gave for the printing of letterheads.
We printed the first batch in small quantity as trial because gogoprint said they do not accept actual letterhead to match the printing, only pdf file. The first production was not good. We did not complain because perhaps our pdf file is the problem.
Second batch, we corrected our pdf file and we accepted the quality. We thought the quality of this batch will be reflected in the next bulk purchase.
Third batch, we adjusted a little bit more for the pdf file to make sure the color and some area are better than 2nd batch, and we print in bulk in expectation it will at least be near to the second batch if not better.
But the third batch is 'DIFFERENT' from the 2nd batch, quality not accepted.
We explained to gogoprint the problem.
The answer, the different is in printing small and big quantity.
Small quantity using digital printing, big quantity using offset printing, so that's the price difference.
But this is not mentioned in the website or quote.
The color difference is not only 10%. It's alot.
They still do not want to see the actual printing that show the difference.
They offered a 30% discount for the next purchase. But I will be stuck with 2000 unacceptable letterheads already.
Also how can we trust that the next printing will be the same, when we cannot make sure the small quantity is the reflection of big quantity and they do not even accept the actual printing difference? How can we make sure the pdf can be reflected as it is in the printing?
We are very disappointed and will not print with gogoprint again.

Tip for consumers:
Definitely cheaper than local Singapore printers, but after you take into consideration that they print in Malaysia and in Thailand and not locally, you'll realise that they're quite expensive.
