This is not a client of us. He has been trying to sell products to us which we do not accept! Our company and website was setup at the beginning of 2020. On the 5th of May 2020 this person mailed a list of items. We responded directly with: "We don't sell the items you list and therefore can't evaluate them. You can find our selection of products on our website." On the 10th of May this person responded: "Thank you for your response." We can always buy back items from REAL clients if these are products we can sell. We never heard back from this person after the 10th of May except for this review, which is completely out of order! It doesn't state the true sequence of events and is made up out of pure lies. Perhaps ask us and this person about our email conversations. Keeping posts like this up is assisting in defamation.

The seal of guarantee "trusted shops" is false The specified service phone number is not valid In GoldReporter they advise not to buy gold and silver online from them Money is sent to them but the merchandise is never received and this fake business disappears from the internet in a short time This company has existed since 2000, they claimed to be registered with the Wold Gold Council and disappeared shortly afterwards to reappear later. But without taking charge of his past responsibilities Now they say they only sell but they don't buy back In 2000 they said that they had software connected to the London spot market, now they don't In 2000 they claimed to be the number 1 and largest precious metals broker in Europe, now they are not In 2000 they offered IRA and 401k services, now they don't In 2000 they offered to keep your gold in vaults in London and Zurith, now they don't When one looks for the technical contact, the physical address, the name of the organization, the name of the owner, the name of the Administrator, it seems that this data is private (bad sign) Only the country appears: Great Britain, Holland and an email and non-operational phones, the headquarters seems to be in London The domain of the web is 20 years old Negative indications: the owner of the webside is hiding his identity in WHOIS using a payment service This webside does not have many visitors There are other low-category websides on the server They provide cryptocurrency services which is considered high risk There is no option to change the product if it is defective or false They don't have live chat There are complaints online that the support staff does not respond at all by phone or email And red flag, website is not up to date This is data that I have extracted from Goldretired, Scamadviser, Trustpilot and Sitejabber Verdict: not recommended
