I saw they have a big celebrity following, multiple millionaire lifestle and laban roomes on video buying private jets for his family. When i looked at how much money they make through public records, only $45,000 dollar?
How I can my franchise make $1.2 million when they only make this much? Is is because everything is cash.

I too contacted goldgenie and was annoyed at western union and moneygram push me to pay. Card is not accepted on phone. When I got kit, they did not have swarovski crystals and gold solution gave dark brown copper finish. They do not give refunds on western union. Their web man from bangladesh cant even speak english. My name is Szexch please goldgenie call me because all my call and email is rejected by marcus who promise me that i make at least $******* per year working part time. I have only made $12 last year. HELP ME

After about a month or so after I placed my initial order, Marcus contacted me via text message explaining there have been some technical difficulties and was sorry for the delay. He then compensated me for the grieving that occured and assured me that the package will leave that said week and i'd recieve the product. Well it did and my father was very pleased with his gift! The quality is great and the piece itself is well done and has good attention to details. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and delivery once it got shipped out. They could use some work on the managing orders and email responses, as it took about a month from my initial order to having any human contact reach me.

This is a good techshop. I wanted to get a phone for my son's birthday and i was able to get him a good phone from them. They had quite a wide selection and I was able to get the end that fit my needs and they delivered i very quick. I am glad I made the right choice and know where to get phones from now on.

I love that they take such care in their work. The attention to detail is apparent as is their pride in craftsmanship. Their Working people are soo intelligent and Hard working man they are skilful in their work.

I like it when I order something and I am able to get it as fast as possible and whatever it is that I get I manage to get is as fast as possible and that is why I only use online shops that will provide me with that kid of service. Fortunately that is the same kind of service that they offer and I have had a good time with them so far.

My mouse was broken, so far they have promised to send to resolve this so 5 stars there. Hope this gets resolved.

Im left disappointed again and everytime when I communicate with Mike or Frank Fernando Or Laban Roomes as the watch was not Swiss and not functioning properly.Im not sure hows the quality control on watches are done there, its not acceptable for a watch worth over £1248. 00.

After having promised to send the $3000 iphone on Friday, I spoke to founder Laban who promised a refund withing minutes, then a man called Frank tried to say they cant refund until next week. Terrible man, terrible company run by cowboys.

I just received my rosegold IphoneX today from goldgenieI hate to say this
I was shocked... the Phone was covered with dust... the coating or the outer layer edge was not smooth at all (sharp actually) and the color... was lackluster (we all expect it to be shiny since it is supposed to be cover with Gold)... and it took two and half months to make and deliver

FRANKLYi am disappointed... speechless
