“Great jeans”

Contrary to many online, the jeans from this place are actually pretty nice. I'm so happy with the quality of her jeans. I thought the prices were insane at first but honestly, it's so worth it. I'd definetely recommend them to anyone and ask them to order a pair. I own three jeans from them now!

I ordered 4 items on December 05,2022, never received jeans at all! I was charged for a pair of jeans that was out of stock, it was subtracted from the initial total, and then it was also recharged back to me in the month of March 2023! I need a refund or my merchandise, I am unable to call them, only can email, Good American!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check to see if you received an email or text or something from Good American right away! Good American do not have a phone number to call them! Maybe I should be a little clearer, when you purchase your order, hopefully you receive an email immediately afterwards!

I made a return a couple weeks back, received an email saying my return got delivered and that it would take 10 business days to show in my account. It has now been 12 business days and still have not gotten my money back. I sent customer service an email outlining this issue and no response. Their return policy states they give returns within 7-10 business days. Shady business. Buyer forewarn.

Do not waste time ordering from Good American. After my first order not being delivered, I contacted the company only to learn the item was no longer available. I didn't learn this until a week after inquiring about my order. I was then offered a pity discount. I gave it another try and still haven't received my delivery after 8 days. Once again contacting customer service, I was informed my item should be here on the 25th of July. Unacceptable, and furthermore I don't believe it will be delivered again. I would never order another item from "Not So Good American".

Immediately after placing my order, I realized the delivery address is incorrect. I tried to cancel. There is no option.

I tried to change the delivery address. After 3 DAYS I'm told the address cannot be changed.

Now I am out hundreds of dollars for a couple swim suits and priority shipping which I will not receive. What am I supposed to do?

It is unacceptable for a respected company like Good American not to be able to honor a simple request like cancel an order or a delivery address change which was submitted within an hour of an order. Especially given it takes '4 days to ship for delivery'?! Extremely disappointed in the customer service here.

I'm unsure why my previous 1 star review was removed from this site? So I'll try again. I ordered from good American and paid for express shipping to Australia (apparently 5 days), I made contact a few days after ordering as I hadn't received a shipping notification. Received a response saying I should get notification soon. Over the next couple of weeks I tried on a number of occasions to contact them with most of them ignored but one more response saying I should get a notification soon. I asked them to cancel my order and refund which they ignored. I asked them a second time to refund and I was putting in a PayPal claim and THEN they sent my order! I received 4 weeks after I originally ordered and they still had the nerve to charge me for express shipping! Never again!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t expect any service once they have your money

Products used:
Have kept the jeans still in the bag. Not worth sending back because the shipping cost is so high.

I'm a very forgiving person I was in retail business myself a small boutique so I know the ins and outs I realize they have to do it on a large scale but their customer service down right sucks first of all you never get to speak to anybody and the email says they'll get back to you in three days I don't know if they got my product back or not. They also had a $2.99 processing fee automatically tacked on and it was their mistake. So I always like to support women business but I won't be supporting this. You can't even get one return right and that was my first time buying anything From them so I'm extremely disappointed they need to get this fixed or maybe they don't care as long as they sell sell sell

Well, I asked for one size and they sent me the wrong size. Then on the automatic return it’s a $2.99 processing fee, but it was their mistake. It’s my first purchase and as a first time customer. I get the impression they couldn’t care less. I sent an email asking where my refund is and where my processing refund my first I returned the merchandise a few days ago. Haven’t heard anything.

Unfortunately I didn't do my research on this company. There is absolutely no phone number to contact customer service you have to email only. I have sent five emails and still no reply. My order was canceled due to the address was not verifiable but yet the address is the same that I've used for the last 20 years living in my house. But the problem is the funds were never returned. My last resort is to call and dispute the charges but I shouldn't have to that if this company would follow through with email replies or provide phone numbers for customers to contact to get assistance. Then I find out after the fact that my cousin ordered these jeans and they are absolutely horrible she said the material is worse than you're cheap jeans at your local Walmart, the ankle part of the jeans twist over she said she followed the suggestions wash them on gentle cycle hang them up to dry and yet they are still bad. Thankfully she's only out $70 but hopefully less than that she's going to see if she can just sell them on marketplace. They offer no refunds store credit only and if you do want a credit card refund there's apparently a fee. So in all reality my suggestion don't waste your time get your jeans from gap, American Eagle, Hollister or any place else but here

The clothes are great, but the processing / shipping time to get them is crazy. GA offers an option to pay $28 for 2 day shipping, $10 shipping for orders to arrive in 4-7 business days, then in small print state it'll also take 1-4 days just to process the order in the first place. Free shipping also takes 1-4 days to process and then insanely is estimated to be delivered anywhere between 14-20 days. Not sure I've ever purchased anything from a company that takes so long to do the basics. I've had deliveries arrive from Australia much faster than GA can even process the order in the USA. Might be worth trying to buy Good American products from another retailer that stocks it - they're much more likely to ship for free / arrive faster / have a better customer service & returns policy. Otherwise prepare yourself to wait a painstakingly long time to be able to wear whatever you've bought...

I ordered a pair of jeans on June 23, received them around July 5, they were too big so I returned them the next day. I never got an email saying they received my return so I checked the tracking number and they were received at their facility July 13. It is August 23 and I still have not been refunded. They also charge a $7.99 restocking fee which is pretty lame.

Customer service for this company is nonexistent. The only way to contact them is via email or text message which they never respond to either. I ordered several pairs of jeans and received a shipping email with a tracking number. After checking the tracking number and realizing nothing was moving I tried to get in contact with their customer service. No response. I finally after days had to text them I was going to be canceling my payment and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Then all of a sudden they responded. They responded simply to tell me to wait yet another week for my package. And if it doesn't come by then someone would deal with it. Well a week later my package still hadn't arrived and I contacted them again. No response via email nor text until I had to threaten again. At which time they told me "seems my package has been lost in the warehouse". They are going to re-ship my package now but can't do any type of priority express shipping. Meaning I'm going to have to wait another potentially 15 days in hopes that I actually get it this time. They have my order and my money

DONT ORDER FROM THEM

I bought 3 pairs of jeans and all of them ripped less than 6 months after having them. Size was not an issue as they fit comfortably… I had the impression with each was they were wearing away. Not what you'd expect from such an expensive product. Really disappointing… I invested with the idea that they would be long-lasting.

Terrible quality and the price is way to high for this cheap material they use you can see the glue and black dirt marks all over the boots i personally would never shop there shoes clothes are cool but definitely noth the shoes no way to expensive and made really really bad

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for the cheap shoes they look so beautiful but once u receive them garbage they should be 150 not 300 steve Maddon makes netter shoes then these and there super cheap

I loved these jeans at first, and wore them literally twice - the top button when I wasn't even wearing them completely fell off making them completely unwearable. Good American wouldn't fix the insanely expensive jeans (not insane to Kardashians because they have no idea how much this costs to the rest of the world...) and said to take them back to Nordstrom to ask for a return. This is ridiculous as I had already worn them, albeit only twice, but they should make better quality clothing. I also ordered a pair of black jeans that immediately tore from just bumping into a wall - neither instance was because they were too small, if anything I ordered a size too high. Don't pay these people any money.

Fir jeans that are advertised as the perfect fit these are horrible. Huge in the crotch ok in waste. Just trying it on the snap came off in my hand. Spent $145 and cant use them

I am getting the run around from customer service. I paid way too much for jeans then paid extra to have the package expedited. Its been 8 days and the order has not been shipped, even though I received an email saying they were shipped 7 days ago. GA is blaming it on UPS, HOWEVER when I contacted UPS they informed me a label has been created but no package was ready to be picked up by UPS. At this point, I will be disputing the charge with my cc bc obviously GA has not processed my order and the jeans are somewhere in the warehouse not in a package and not ready to be shipped…AFTER my cc has been charged. They lied to me so buyer beware. This company is a rip off. Oh and the text contain poor grammar, missing words and misspelled words. I am not sure this is a real company.

I shopped their recent essential clothing and got a couple of clothing items from it after liking what I saw online. I purchased a sweatshort and a cropped sweatshirt and Me loving them is an understatement! I can't wait to buy more from this cuz it's that good!

Khloe's bbl clearly made her think she did something. These jeans are mid at best, look like my mom went to Ross and picked them up for me.

No box in front of shoes, can barely get hand in.
Pants marked same size vary up to 2 sizes
Fabric is poor, no consistancy

Being sold all over major resale web sites without disclosure of bad fit. Unfair to major users of these sites who put trust in sellers to buy from these live shows

Khloe Kardashian's line of clothing is not over-reated and I would defintely recommend the jeans from this place to anyone! I do agree that they are quite pricey but for the quality of her clothes, I would definetly say it's worth it. The fit is amazing, the quality is amazing and I love how it brings out my curves.

Absolutely great clothing! I like the clothes over here, especially the jeans cuz damn, they fit my body so well! Honestly! They are some of the best jeans I have ever own cuz no other jeans have ever fit my body as much as these does. Insane!
