Poor customer service and products. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Their products barely have a scent or they stink. None of their lotions are hydrating as they claim. Stick to Bath and Body Works- that's why they are well know and GooseCreek is not. They will not allow you return any of the items under any circumstances whereas BBW will gladly accept returns. I have not had to return anything to BBW, but I know they will accept their products back. Goosecreek is garbage. Stay away.

I have bought hundreds of dollars of their candles. I have had a few candles here and there that only burned about halfway but didn't think too much about it. The last 2 orders I had stored and when I went to use them 4 out of six only burned half way and couldn't get them to burn any further. After this happened I contacted them and told them about it. They wanted pictures so my daughter took a couple of a few of them and I sent it to them. They wanted more pictures. I don't have a cell phone and don't know how to post pictures and my daughter doesn't live nearby. So I wrote to them again and they said they would have to turn it over to the manager, who never contacted me. I wrote again and then they wanted the names of each candle that it happened to. Well who saves half burned candles? You'd think that they would do something for a customer who has ordered from them for so long? They did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. No credit, no replacements, gift card, no nothing. They didn't even respond to the last time I wrote to them. I won't do business with any company that doesn't stand behind their products. I think they will learn the hard way unfortunately that when a business begins to thrive and you cut the quality of your products they stand a good chance of losing good and faithful customers. Huge disappointment in a company that I recommended to family and friends.
