Don't order a thing from this company if you want it to get delivered. They missed the funeral last Tuesday that the flowers were to be buried with my mum. No refunds are given. I had some more sent to some of the family to use the money up and they still haven't been delivered to the address. You can't talk to anyone it goes to msg. Very very disappointing. It's not like it can be delivered the next day. The funeral is over and she's buried. I sent the flowers as I am in QLD and due to COVID I couldn't attend the funeral in NSW! Disgusting! Maybe A Current Affair might be interested in a story like this! I used to be a very good customer!
