Had Gore house insurance for over a year. Needed to change my heating system from wood as it was too labour intensive. Started off from the very beginning informing them and inquiring their requirements, nearly had a nervous breakdown did EXACTLY what they required. WAY beyond code, cost me $3000 MORE for the installation, they threatened to cancel after it was completed. NO REASON GIVEN. Had to find another company to cover me no easy task. They continued to take money out of my bank ac count saying it was ME that chose to cancel and refused to refund the premiums. I am a80 year old pensioner on a low fixed income, it will take me 3 years to pay off the additional expense they forced me to incur.
