I love this app because my grammar is so bad and sometimes I come out as rude or mean. I love their service also they advertise for you to get premium but only once every month on email. I don't have premium but it still is amazing. Thank you, Grammarly.

This app is so SO bad, it's always correcting things I do NOT want corrected! Not only that but it like, hacked my computer or something so now I can't delete it, and keeps sending me spam emails and other crazy $#*!. PLUS it says it's super helpful but is reeeealy UNhelpful. DO NOT GET THIS WEB BROWSER IT IS THE MOST AWFUL THING I HAVE EVER INSTALLED!
Grammarly keeps on bugging me to get premium and it's soooooo annoying. It's like it knows how to anyo me.
Grammerly has helped my writing for university tremendously to catch and correct mistakes that even my computer's autocorrect misses. However, the service is solely in English and my work is highly bilingual (French/English). The Grammerly software overruns my computers French autocorrect to "correct" my work in French into random English words with similar spelling. This has made it extremely difficult and stressful to write in French.
I don't expect Grammerly to be able to fully correct in other languages (although that would be incredible!), however the service needs to be able to at least recognize that a text is in a foreign language and allow the user to make their own edits accordingly.

I signed up for Grammerly for a term of one year at 11.95 a month in September of 2020. The site gave me a choice of paying monthly or yearly. I gave them the information they requested for monthly withdrawals. I paid with my credit card. Grammerly instead took $135.+ which was the yearly fee.
I contacted them at the number provided and they sent me online to complain and terminate. The online site asked me to telephone them. Despite achieving this run around at least six times and getting no where, I finally contacted my credit card company. They also could not get hold of Grammerly and would not credit me for the outlay. I was furious and also canceled my credit card with Capitol One. That is another review on another page.
In the meantime, I did receive an email from Grammerly notifying me that they canceled my September 2021 contract renewal. What contract renewal? I am very put off by their dishonest business methodology. This is a shame because that service would have been a useful tool for my writing and editing efforts.
Grammarly helps when I have a misspelling and Grammarly helps me fix the mistake and it shows what I can change on what things.
I used Grammerly a couple of months ago and it does work well. I wish that it was all free because the payed version would have been very helpful. The costumer service is very helpful, nice and quick. Me and Vlad (costumer support worker) solved the problem in a couple of minutes. Good overall.

I signed up for the premium Grammarly package was 114 a year or something that supposed to be a premium package. It is the same as the free version. And they claim to have a citation generator you can not use without a premium subscription.
BEST PART OF IT ALL! They have zero contact methods, and the chat is a phishing site bot. You can not call them, which says it all. And there is ZERO email contact for them. I have tried it's not there. Then you receive a Zen desk response. Zen Desk is a phishing site, and so is Grammarly, apparently. I have reported them as fraudulent to my credit card banks. Save your money and stay with the free version the premium has no benefits

I love this concept, It is such a help with my emails. However, the service to get issues resolved is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. One rep tells me one thing the other tells me something else. They say they care about you, but they don't. If you could tolerate the terrible service, then it is worth the price. If someone has a better site, please let me know.
