Well i ordered bong as a gift for my bf, shipping was fast but it arrived broken! After that i contacted customer service they replied in like 3-4 days saying they will send me a new bong free of charge and i was exited, well 2nd bong arrived today and again it was broken, glass was shattered, packaging was still horrible it didn't say fragile anywhere, now im hoping to get my money back.

Long story short, horrible shipping and slow customer service, i will never order from them again.

Gouged and unhelpful
Was making a purchase on a product. Had it set up in my cart with a coupon code set to expire for the weekend. Getting ready to spend near $300 and decide to wait to ask my wife about it.
Come back to make the purchase and they've raised the price by over $40.

Reached out to a very unuseful customer service representative (Kim S.) about the price being higher than other people offering (there's a price match guarantee) and all I got was an oh well essentially. No attempt to retain my business or anything. Was very disappointed in my experience.

I purchased an item from Grasscity and a few hours later someone from that site used my moms credit card to book a 300 dollar hotel! And since the staff members go through the reviews on their site and only post the good ones this review never made it on there. Overall I had a bad experience and will NEVER purchase from there again.

By the way, I live in South Carolina if that helps anyone further. I hope I actually receive my package tomorrow because they said that delivery averages 10 business days and it's now been 14 business days (19 including weekends).

After waiting over 3 weeks for my order I received a wrong item. I looked up the item, which is no where near what I ordered, and it was $22.50. I contacted the company and was given 48 hours to send pictures of the wrong item and all of the papers (ads, stickers, etc) to move to the next step. Then they informed me it would take an additional 4 WEEKS to get the correct item. They also told me I could keep the wrong item for $34. I responded by asking for a return label and a refund of the missing item including the tax and shipping related to that item. I asked for the information to be given to me within 48 hours. I also informed them that I have told my CC company not to allow any more charges from that company. If I do not get my refund I will dispute all charges.

The fact that they charge for tracking is a joke. They also show on their website only the high reviews and ignore the bad ones. They have no real resolution department and their business practices are a joke. Do NOT support this company.

Grass city not only did not send me all of my order but then when they finally emailed me back, some guy named Ezra, was very rude and sarcastic telling me to wait a month before they would do anything cause it may be lost in the mail. I ordered 4 small items, why weren't they all the same box in the first place? No the fact is that they didn't put the items in the box and are no trying to blame it on the postal service instead of making it right themselves. They need to just send the items instead of arguing with a customer. I will never buy from those douche bags again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY, NOW THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT I DONT HAVE WHAT I PURCHASED!

Terrible customer service, dishonest and incompetent!

Suspected they were not reading my specific instructions about including the address in two different languages and were just hurrying around cutting and pasting robotic replies to keep me quiet and placate me.

Was soon proven right and they botched the whole thing with my package getting returned to sender after a 2 month wait because the address was not accurate!

Post NL did not even have record of them putting my door number on the box and when I asked Grasscity about this they simply denied it and claimed that they had. This was their way of refusing all responsibility for the mistake (and charging me 5 dollars restock fee) and blaming a guy (me) who has concrete (and provided them with it) proof and an email paper trail showing that in fact I provided them with not one but 2 addresses one in English and one in Chinese!
I specifically told them to print out the Chinese and place it on the parcel but they were so inattentive they did not even realize I was asking them this and it was sent without! No matter I thought as long as it has the English! In the end they managed to even get the address in English wrong!

Later when I sent proof of all the information I had provided them with by email they also claimed that the address I had sent them in Chinese had not made it through their system!
Then though having sent them an email containing Chinese they sent back a reply which included this very same Chinese completely clear and all in working order, clear proof that it had in fact gone through fine and they had in fact received it! Just plain liars!
Incompetence is one thing but dishonesty like this is something that made me angry enough to put pen to paper and write this review!

Still waiting on a refund! Believe me I have since found that this company has many terrible reviews online! One of those reviews is called 'horrible and completly unapologetic about it' which is how I feel too. I would not have written this if they had accepted responsibility and been honest about it. Contempt is what I felt from this horrible company!

I have purchased several items from Grass City and they have always arrived, albeit some were slow to arrive. As far as customer service, I asked why a particular item is $19.99 plus shipping when the exact item, same brand was $8.95 including shipping on eBay. I thought it was a legitimate question and had already bought.
The same dude Ezra replied that he was glad I got a good deal, but they were not about to lower their prices. I didn't ask nor expect them too, I just wanted to know if there was a reason besides greed. I worked with a guy of Dutch descent, who had a sticker on his car that read " If your not Dutch your not much ". I think it's in their blood to arrogant.

I'm going to be 100% honest. I did not read any reviews about Grasscity prior to placing my online order with them. After I placed the order and waited a week I looked up the reviews just for the heck of it. After reading all of the negative reviews I got really worried that my items would not arrive or I would receive the wrong items. I am so glad I didn't read the reviews prior to placing my order because I most likely wouldn't have. I received my package from them last night and everything arrived in PERFECT condition! It was packaged so well there was no way anything in the box would break. They even threw in a free item. I received so much for the hundred dollars that I spent and everything is very high quality. The glass is very thick and nice. Everything I ordered is Christmas gifts and I can tell you there are going to be lots of happy people in my family Christmas morning. If you are here reading reviews prior to placing an order and you are skeptical about purchasing items from Grasscity, please do not listen to these negative reviews! You will not regret ordering from this place. A local headshop in Florida would've charged me over 3 times the amount of money I paid them for products that aren't even half as nice. I could not be more happy with my order. I will recommend grasscity to all of my friends and family! They are so cheap! I received fast responses from their customer service team and the shipping did not take long at all. I waited two weeks and am in Florida. I've waited longer for items I ordered from Amazon and Walmart online.

I've never dealt with this website before, and now that I have I kind of regret it. I know a friend who had purchased from here before and got what they wanted (though, I don't know how long ago that was). After waiting a week, and in the meantime, I had sent them an email complaining about my shipment info not updating as I don't even think they've even delivered it yet. I have gotten no replies from them so far, and it's been a week and my order hasn't even went through. This is a waste of time, but hopefully I will get a reply and my stuff soon.
