I've had a lot of difficulty finding the proper power supply/cords for a Southern Motion sectional with recliners. I called your 800 number and spoke with Ray. He was very helpful and allowed me to send him photos of the underside of the recliners that need the power supply and helped me order the correct parts. He was patient and informative. I will add your website to my favorites.

Would not purchase from this company again. I waited for over a month for my sofa, call them and they tell me that the sofa is on back order and they "forgot" to call me. She says it should be available within the next week so I wait patiently for them to call me. No call. I call them a week and a half later and the lady tells me that she thinks the original manufacturer has gone out of business. WHAT?! She refunds the money but here I am over a month later having to find a new sofa and wait another few weeks for delivery (meanwhile we've been without a sofa at our new business location). So upset.

Easy to use website. Looking forward to receiving our chair. We received a 20 minute heads up for delivery from Metropolitan. Considering that it is as before the estimated time given, a bit more lead time would have been greatly appreciated.

I have been looking for this for my daughter and this was the only company that had it available. Unfortunately the shipping/warehouse company used was the disconnect regarding my service experience. Other than that all would have been a great experience.

I purchased a couch a week ago and haven't heard from the company since. I've tried calling and leaving a voicemail as well as using their texting service. I've also tried calling at different times on different days.

UPDATE: Finally heard back from their texting service.

I purchased a motor for my lift chair as my shaft had broke, same model same volt output, after receiving and plugging in the various connections the motor would not work or move to be sure I plugged my old 1 in it works again the new motor nothing, I email customer service and let them know, they said to make sure the voltage was 29, yeah same as the power sorce I have.
I send back for refund on my dime $23 to send then Boink me for $54 to restock a bad motor, I'm going to say this I have run and owned businesses and would never di this to a customer, BAD BUSINESS BAD COMPANY SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE! Avoid This Company BAD!

The product was delivered with a chip out of one of the items. They absolute offer no customer service and no solution at all. They hide behind the manufacturer and will not give the manufacturers information. They simply have no customer service. If you are fine with that go for it, but don't expect to have any recourse when they deliver a crappy product. Also the product was shipped a month late.
