I'm completely in love with the Precious Metals set. The best nonstick I've ever used, because everything cooks evenly. It's really just the pan I need for sautéing, braising, and frying. The pan's walls can occasionally make flipping difficult, but they can also be excellent for sautéing.

It is brilliant, beautiful, massive, and sturdy. I discovered Great Jones while looking for a good cast iron set for under $500. I was taken with the colors and knew I had to get the stunning mustard set. This is one of my favorite pans, and it looks fantastic on my pit rail. Fantastic products
