First time ordering, seems fairly simple. Would be helpful if, when you edit something, you don't have to go through all of the steps a second time. Didn't see where the 10% discount code was applied - maybe make that automatic?

Envelopes work well just wish the sticky flaps weren't out flat because they stick together very easy.

Web site is easy ordering. Prices are reasonable. Quick shipping is expensive. But overall, supplies I need are available and it's quick & easy to order.

No problems encountered. Some items I had ordered in previous year were "not available" but there was no explanation if they were discontinued or will be available soon or what so I was left up in the air if I needed to order from a different company or what.

We would have preferred to order 75 instead of 100 per item. Did not see that as an option. So this year's order is much more expensive than last year.

Ease of placing an order - wish the price on the folders had not increased so much since my previous order.

I was not expecting to be paying sales tax....it didn't appear anywhere until AFTER I entered my payment information....not happy with that...

I would like to have USPS shipping as an option. I felt my shipping charges were excessive. I appreciate the 10% discount, but the high shipping was about 3x the discount.

easy to shop. would like to see compatible items on the same page you click the item so you don't have to go back to find the correct envelope that goes with form.

ADP offers a service to assist clients with their 1094/1095; however, many of our clients were not able to purchase this service prior to our hard cutoff for 2015. I am looking for a 3rd party to help me with some of my clients to take care of their filings for 2015 and possibly 2016.
