Great North Visa

I paid great north visa 990 USD on 11/08/2022. I emailed them a day later saying that i changed my mind about going to Canada and if it was possible for a refund. A man that works for them emailed me saying that they were only willing to pay me back 200 USD of the 990 USD that i paid them. If this isn't theft then i don't know what is. I have emailed this man on more than one occasion about getting a greater refund but he refuses to do it. Absolute joke. I have given them my phone number on a couple of occasions ( as requested below in the reply from GNV) and they havent got back to me. My number is *******9856.

I always wanted to travel to Canada but it was too expensive for me. A Facebook friend reccomended Great North Visa in a private group, so I decided to check it out. I first asked for my best option to visit Canada and stay for at least three months and they recommended the working holiday visa. Since then, it has been 2 months and I am now awaiting for the final result, hopefully an approval. They were helpful

I've written a review on another site but cannot seem to reply on that. We've started our application in September 2022, we still don't have any feedback. Every week they request for documents that's already been submitted. We were advised that my husband needed to take the IELTS which he did, now after paying more than $******* they say I need an employment offer. So what did we pay the money for? They're not responding to my emails after having sent a formal complaint.

I appeared for the IELTS exam and my score was very low, which obviously affected my plan to work in Canada, so I then chose a course from Great north visa. This course helped in scoring good marks in my ILETS which made the whole process easier for me. Overall I am pretty satisfied with all their services and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for similar services.

Being looking to migrate to Canada for over three years now. Great North Visa helped me apply for a study visa successfully. They chose the right time to begin my immigration procedure and submit my application. I think that was very instrumental in approving my application. Their strategy was valuable and effective. I'm glad I chose to hire their consultancy.

Absolutely terrible service.

This company must either be a scam or they are the most useless company to ever exist. Unfortunately I did not do proper research before starting a case with this company, which I now deeply regret.

They make you wait for extensive periods of time just to give you feedback which makes no sense/ answers nothing, it just keeps you occupied to waste more time.

Do yourself a massive favor and start an immigration case through another company, any company really, anything worse won't be out there either way.

Phenomenal services from Great North Visa! I wanted a Business Visa, which can typically take a great deal of time. I chose to go with immigration specialists. My communication with Great North Visa was fast and efficient. They explained the procedures clearly and offered professional support all the way through. I definitely recommend this company.

I enlisted the aid of Great North Visa so that an RCIC (as they indicate on their website) would assist us with the paperwork and the application submission for family sponsorship spousal class. When we arrived in Montreal on September 11th to facilitate the move of our property we were informed by a customs agent with immigration at YUL that there was no visa application submitted on our behalf, even though we paid an additional $3000 to prioritize the submission. This was three months into the process of us supplying all sorts of information and documents. I immediately contacted our Senior account Manager Daniel Kennedy at Great North Visa who became emphatic that border control agents don't have access to visa status. When I asked about proof of submission he stated that there was no way to track the application. Alarmed, I went to the CICC website and discovered Mr. Kennedy is not listed as a credentialed RCIC. He is not even authorized to represent us or submit a visa application on our behalf. I filed a report there. My call to Great North Visa to speak to a supervisor was given lip service. No one called me back to address this issue. The only call I received was from custom relations (Gabriela Daniels) when they discovered I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Immediately I took it upon myself to initiate the family sponsorship process. We filled out copious paperwork, collected fingerprints, police reports and went for biometrics, all processes GNV and Daniel Kennedy failed to address. Clearly we were victims of a scam. Unfortunately my credit card company has been swayed by their corporate presentation and has not rendered a refund. Stay away at all costs!

GNV charged me around $5000 up front, then tried to charge me another 5000 a few months later, a cost which was hidden. Then they stopped communicating with me altogether when I made a complaint. They are 100% a scam.
