Have ordered online and picked up in store winter blankets for my horse. Just purchased a Shedrow for my mare. They had the right size and although I purchased another blanket 2 years ago that I was satisfied with, this was was even better and on sale to boot. Top quality blanket for $95 bucks. Can't beat that. No hassle either if you need to exchange it to the right size and if they don't have it, they will try their hardest to get it for you. Haven't been disappointed since I started doing business with them over 8 years now.
Buyer beware This Company Has NO Customer Service. I purchased two saddles for my grandaughters one in store and one online. Plus leathers for a total over $2500. 00. Within days these items had gone down in price, in fact I had not received the one in the mail yet. I called Greenhawk to get refunded to the sale price as it adds up to hundreds of dollars. They flat out refused said they wouldn't do anything. This is a very poor company who cares nothing about customer service. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and you should be ware if buying any larger priced item. I got a response to contact them which I did. I was told to send an email to customer service, which I did. Spoke to the manager, she said they can't refund the difference because the sale was over Sunday, the day we discovered this. I did not receive the one saddle until Tuesday. She offered me a $100 gift card for in store. This totals over 450.00 we were ripped off by them. This is type of business they are. I told her that is of no use to us as we will never set foot in one of their stores again.

I ordered 6 pairs of thermal socks that were advertised to keep your feet warm
They do not provide any warmth and the toes have holes in them within a week of wearing them!
Very poor quality and I'm disappointed in this product!
