Greenlee makes nice punches. I have a whole selection of them. But this one was mislabeled as a conduit punch, when in fact it was something different. My experience with conduit punches tells me they are not the actual size of the pipe but larger; usually about a 1/8th larger so, the electrical fitting will go in the punched hole. The 1 1/2 inch punch I got was exactly a 1 1/2 hole.

Saw what I needed, made order (which was easy). I was notified of the shipment in transit and it arrived as promised. Very satisfied.

We've been ordering from Greenlee Store now for about a year or so and we haven't had any issues getting our orders on time and quality is great as well. I do the purchasing here and will remain a customer of Greenlee Store.

This company will lie and lie about lead times, what is in stock, when items will ship, and worst of all, their "American Made Tools" have customer service reps that are INDIAN! I had ordered a punch late in December 2021. It was supposed to ship early January 2022. Well, Here we are early February and now it is showing indefinitely backordered and has been on back ordered since June 2021. That is HORRIBLE that they will lie straight to you. I have one pissed off customer and I am getting my $#*! chewed out because of their mistakes. I will ALWAYS refer people to avoid them. This is absurd and they need to be shut down forever.
