Excellent service and delivery is amazing. Every plant I've bought so far has always come in excellent condition.
I bought 3 of the 1200 shelves. I think it is a poor quality product and not comparable to the images posted online. Flat packed and flimsy. Would not recommend.

The delivery was so fast & my new little baby turned up in great condition- plenty of padding ensured it was not damaged in transit. I just Need to provide perfect growing conditions & pray for pink.

My plant was bigger than expected, but turned up without a pot. In lockdown finding a pot quickly and soil is not easy. I think it was in shock being out of soil and now has a big leaf dying

Hi Sarah. Thanks for ordering from us and for taking the time to leave a review. The product page for the Philodendron Florida mentions that the plant will be sent bare rooted, wrapped in sphagnum moss. We do send most of our plants in their pot, but this can be hard to do for the larger plants. We will always indicate how a plant will be sent in the shipping information on the product page. We've sent several Philodendon Florida in the post this way without any issues. These are hardy plants and we avoid any stress to the roots by leaving the bulk of soil surrounding the roots in place when we add the sphagnum moss. Please email us if you have any concerns regarding the health of your plant or if you would like some care advice.
I purchase online and was given a prompt follow up on the purchase by email; attended the store and picked up the item. Totally trouble free!

For my business
The site wouldn't accept my address so I contacted the company by email. They tried it from their end and found the same so made up an invoice and emailed it so I could get the goods I wanted
Some sites won't accept my address and theirs is one. I contacted them and we sorted a way to buy the products I wanted by email to get around the problem.
I collect jewel orchids and found one on their site I wanted and was looking for some self watering pots.
