I have bought 2 Barcelona tickets and 4 weeks before the game the order got cancelled. I did not get a refund nor did anybody answer my emails. This site should be banned!

Dreadful experience. Bought tickets 6 months ago... all confirmed and promised 24hours before the match we would get an e ticket. Nothing ever arrived and according to trust pilot I was just one of many... there are some good reviews but it really seems to be a lottery if you get your tickets... don't use guarantee tickets if you want guaranteed tickets... ironic really

I will not recommend anybody to buy tickets from this company. My daughter bought tickets months ago as a present for her boyfriend. Booked flights and hotel just for this occasion to go and see the game. The day before the game she received an email saying, your tickets have been cancelled. She was in tears and so furious, the company have several times confirmed her booking and delivery address for the tickets, they promised to deliver the ticket at least 24 hours before the game. She spent money on flights from Sweden and hotel costs just to see this particular game and paid a fortune for the tickets. They say in the email that the tickets will be refund, I really hope so, it's a lot of money! The birthday present totally ruined and the only thing they will remember is this company and how they are treating there customer with false hopes! "From a desperate mum"

5 days before the game they cancelled our tickets without explanation and told to refund! Nothing was refunded. Emails not answered phone numbers not valid! For 600 euros betraied

I bought some tickets for Napoli - Juventus 3 months before the event in April 2017
I never received the tickets though I sent emails, made some unanswered phone calls.
I am still trying to get my money back 1 month after the event.
This website is your worst nightmare, just avoid them

We have purchased 6 tickets for today Real Madrid Alaves. Still no tickets.

Guarantee tickets or other known as Akirma Ventures: interesting read below. I went searching for some info on this company after we were let down at the last minute for tickets i bought last October for Real Madrid vs Atletico. I received an email today advising sorry your order has been cancelled... no explanation or nothing. Be very wary of the good reviews,.,, i was fooled by them and now left with a trip to madrid with no football game.

Continental football governing body UEFA have taken legal action in France against website guaranteetickets.com to stop them offering tickets for this summer's European Championships in France.
The company, which has a Cypriot address but a British phone number listed on its website, claims to be able to offer tickets priced at 1,799 (£1,400/$2,027) for the Euro 2016 final at the Stade de France in Paris on July 10.
The website was founded by 2006 and is owned by Akirma Venture Limited, billed as one of Cyprus' leading tourism consultancies,
UEFA has revealed that a French court has granted it an order against guaranteetickets.com forcing them to stop selling tickets to the matches and using UEFAs trademarks.
Akirma Venture Limited, the company behind the site, will be fined 1,000 (£778/$1126) for each day it fails to comply, a statement claimed.
"The site, which has advertised heavily on Google, has no right to sell UEFA Euro 2016 tickets and tickets that are bought through unofficial channels may not gain the buyer entry to the matches," said UEFA in a statement.
"Major sports events in recent years have seen a spate of sites selling tickets which they then do not deliver."

Was very happy, prompt service no issues at all and tickets were even on a better category. Will use them again in the future.

Please don't buy your tickets at guaranteetickets.com. I ordered two tickets for liverpool on 20th february 2017. I never heard from them again and I still haven't received my tickets besides the game is this wednesday. They don't respond on my e-mails and calls. Please don't buy your tickets here it is a waste of money.

Like else people, I trusted in this company so much before I don't know why other people wrote the good comments before. It is really a fraud, they didn't deliever our tickets, they did not give any answer, no mail, no call back, nothing, only the live chat, and only sorry sorry sorry, nothing usefull. Be vigilant, if you don't want be cheated, don't believe in a fraud.

If I could describe Guarantee Tickets in one word it would be: MAFIA!

I recently purchased 2 tickets for Arsenal - Bayern Munich (Champions League)

We arrived in London and met the "tickets" supplier from Guarantee Tickets one day previous to the game. He gave us 2 magnetic cards with very strange names (obviously not ours) and a document with very sketchy rules we had to follow.

We refused to accept these cards and asked for official printed tickets. The supplier told us that Arsenal games don't have printed tickets and this is the only way to get in.

We had to take the cards. The next day we went to the stadium and 30 minutes previous to the match we tried to get in with our cards. Obviously they didn't work, it was all a scam from Guarantee Tickets.

The nightmare began... We went crazy talking to many people from the staff at the stadium and they all checked our cards. In conclusion: there weren't tickets purchased with these. We ended up speaking to one of the managers there and he realized our cards had very odd names that didn't even fit our look... He kicked us out.

The game already started. We called Guarantee Tickets many times. We spoke to 4 different people spending loads of money in roaming.

We already missed all the opening of the Champions League and 25 minutes of the actual game...

All of a sudden we got a phone call telling us someone outside the stadium has tickets for us. We got back there and a man with a very strange and dodgy look approached quietly to us and very secretly gave us 2 official PRINTED tickets.

We payed 600 euros for this scam! I strongly suggest you to never ever choose Guarantee Tickets.

Recently purchased 2 tickets for Chelsea - Liverpool match. Tickets on the Chelsea FC website sold out immediately. First time using a re-sale site and was nervous after reading negative reviews that appear on every site. I chose Guarantee Tickets as they appeared professional and most reviews were positive. The reservation and payment were confirmed almost immediately. E-mail queries were answered. Tickets arrived 24 hours prior to the match by registered mail as promised and were waiting for us when we checked into our hotel. Excellent service but cost tickets 4 times the face value. Would definitely recommend this site.

I brought my family including 2 young boys all the way from Australia to Barcelona on a family holiday to see El Classico. We had some major issues trying to get through to these guys on the day of the game and immediately thought something was up. Unlike others, we did not get a call or email to advise the tickets were cancelled. We waited and waited and my son's started to get anxious to the point of tears. We asked the online help to find out what was happening and we got nothing other than 'please be sure that we will get the tickets to you as soon as possible - we are Guaranteetickets.com!'. What crap! We tried the phone number to basically get hung up after 5mins of being on hold. This was the first real sign it was a scam because the hold recording was slightly different every time but on 5 occasions the call would hang up on the 5 minute mark. This shows that there is no one there and they don't actually want you to call them. Then you go in circles trying to find out what is going on. End of the day... I had 2 sons in tears who were absolutely devastated and my wife was doing her best to keep it together. I can see I'm not alone and I can see others have been ripped off. Is this is just a freak event to 1 game then it was probably the wrong game to get it wrong based on the amount of money they were charging for tickets. Very shocked and disappointed about this. 12 hours after the game we still have had no contact or email from them.

I traveled with my family from Miami to Barcelona to see "El Clasico". It was the birthday present for my 2 kids (9 and 6 years old) who are super fans of Barcelona. I placed the order 1.5 months in advanced and got the confirmation right away... our dream come true!.
We got to Barcelona 3 days prior to the game and received a message that the tickets will be delivered the day day before the game which never happened, then received an email saying that the tickets will be delivered the day of the game by noon but it never happened... I was frantically trying to reach them as my 2 kids were in tears for hours, but nobody answered and end up watching the game in a hotel with my kids totally heart broken.
I've go the money back but only 100% not the 150% they promised, and no compensation for the traveling expenses or the trauma this has caused to my kids.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THIS COMPANY, they're a total disaster.

I travelled with my family to Barcelona for el Clasico and did not receive our tickets.
We got some baloney email about the club confiscating some tickets due to the Brussels attacks at about 10; 45am, the email said the company was working to provide tickets by 4pm. Not heard a thing since.
I think we should be refunded not only our ticket money (inc their 150% refund guarantee) but also our hotel and flight costs because it was all only booked once we had had their confirmation they were able to supply the tickets.
The most appalling part is the lack of communication, no emails, won't answer the phone, reply to tweets, no apology, no offer of refund, nothing
The time you need good customer service is when things go wrong, well this time it went very wrong and this company left everyone abandoned with no communication. Avoid them like the plague!

UPDATE
Since returning to the UK we have been able to contact the company and they have apologised and explained that they were let down by a supplier and refunded the price paid for our tickets.
However, at the time we ordered tickets the website clearly stated that a refund of 150% of the price paid would be given if they were to not deliver.
This has not been refunded or even offered (they did mention the possibility of compensation in one email but have not offered us any).
In fact, their website has since been altered to only refer to 100% refunds (which would surely always be the case if a company didn't provide what you paid for?). Not honouring their 150% guarantee and changing the website surely constitutes fraud?
Interestingly, they haven't bothered updating the FAQ on their website which still states that to date they have never experienced a delivery failure

The communication from the company is still appalling with them still not replying to our emails so I would reiterate what I said in my original review.
The only time you really rely on good customer service is when things go wrong. I totally understand that the supplier let them down but our agreement was with guaranteetickets and they should be answering our emails and should be honouring the 150% refund without us having to chase them.
They should have contacted everyone that was let down and clearly set out what will be happening regarding refunds and compensation.

Barcelona VS Atletico Madrid 2-1: even though I support Atletico, the game was immense! Intense! Thank for the expedient and friendly manner in which you conduct your business, we received the tickets via the hotel's reception desk. The venue was simply breathtaking.
