I purchased a wake tower back in early Feb 2014. The website indicated wake tower was in stock and would ship within 24 hours, however that did not happen. They did however charge me the day I placed order, which prevented me from purchasing from another source! The company kept giving me the run around stating tower was on back order but would ship in 2-3 weeks, this continued for 3 months. Finally received tower in mid May and it was beautiful except there were bolts missing so the tower cannot be installed on my boat. Contacted company right away and let them know about missing bolts, they said they would put them in the mail that day, 2 weeks later still no bolts! Customer service has been less then helpful and at times have been extremely rude. They have done nothing to try to satisfy me as a customer and I will not ever purchase from them in the future and would advise anyone else from doing so as well!
