I was nervous about buying this hair online. I was concerning color match and quality. This is my first purchase with Hairandextensions.com. I am actually so pleased with it and love the result! I wear them a lot and they bring me a new found confidence. By far the best hair extensions I've ever purchased. Well worth the buy! I will definitely back to this site for more purchase.
I placed an order over a week ago and never received a confirmation email with an order number. Also when I try to check my order status on their site there is no record of it at all. The money for the order of course was taken out of my account immediately after placing it. I've been sending emails and leaving messages for two days now with no response to any of my attempts. I have reported them to paypal. My advice is, find another site to get your hair from.

I've waited over 2 weeks and I have no information about my order, no confirmation email and the money has been taken from my account. I've emailed a number of times and no response. I plan to report this company for breaking trading rules as this is illegal.
Bought extensions for a reasonal price and with excellent quality... AAA+++...
Got preglued extensions by Elegant. Felt great the first 2-3 weeks, but then started to fall out like mad, carpets of hair follow me wherever I go, sit, wear. Hair is pure $#*!, glue disintegrates completely after 4-6 weeks, hair tangles, dry, poor. I've been doing extensions for over 25 years and this, by far, is one of the WORST!
I bought hand tied hair and they sent me machine sewn hair. I called and got a lady in India who told me this is what I ordered for $209 usd. I told her it isn't and 4 hours later someone calls me saying this isn't what you purchased but would you take an offer to buy it. I said no and I am now returning it and have reported them to paypal. To make things worse I had to pay $40 for shipping back to them after they sent me a lesser valued product basically scamming me and lying. Be careful trusting them though they are a paypal trusted site
