This company is awful. I spent $600 on extensions that tape in just to have them start falling out two days later. I sent the company pictures and videos of them falling out and they said it's my fault cus I colored them but I've bought cheap tape ins on Amazon, colored them and they stayed in for 4 months! I tried leaving a review on the site but they only approve positive ones so I'm just gonna contact my bank.

I ordered loc extensions and they came to me beautifully. I was thinking like any other first time buyers purchasing a product from a new company... skeptical. But simple, good quality lock extensions as pictured. So whenever I need some more shipments, I will buy more from them. The price, kind customer service and trustworthiness was something good to finally have while purchasing hair products. #no complaints

This place is somewhere in china. I received 2 products I am now trying to return them. They and not answering any phone calls. The hair piece I purchased the net is so light and visible it looks really bad. Their website clearly states that they give full refund and shipment would be on them. They have not returned my email. I am now cancelling my credit card charges. This place is utter garbage.

So I was a bit confused at the start whether I should get my loc extension from here or not. However, since I have heard so many good things about their exceptional services and good products so I placed the order and got stunned when my order arrived at the exact time. My heart was beating fast since it's my first-time experience buying an extension from an online business and on opening the packaging, I was much more cheerful than I thought. The product is exactly the same as these guys showed in the photograph. Very impressive quality and very satisfied with the product! I'd definitely recommend purchasing from there!

I bought the 14 inches, it feels and looks real dreadlocks, no can't tell I didn't grow it myself.

After ordering on the Hairplusbase website & receiving a completely product different than what was shown, I contacted the company about returning the item. They did not offer a prepaid label or any form of compensation for the issue-- they simply advised to use the "cheapest return method possible." The cheapest method cost more than the item ($70 to China!). Use caution when ordering-- better yet go somewhere else!

I love my clip in ponytail! I cannot praise these extensions enough. I've very severally damaged my hair in the past and I was looking for hairstyles that looked cute but at the same time didn't envolve straightening my own hair. This ponytail has saved my life, it looks so fancy but because it's only 16 inches its also natural enough for me to wear to work almost every day. I receive so many compliments and it feels so soft. I've colored it to be even more similar to my hair color and no one could tell that I'm wearing extensions. I'm definitely going to buy the 22 inches one for a more dramatic look (: thanks hairplusbase!

I ordered a wig from hairplusbase a few weeks ago. Although I was able to customize it myself (density, color, length, silk base) it was shipped in just 2 days. Unfortunately, the fast production was at the expense of quality. The wig is very roughly knotted. My silk top is so badly attached that you can clearly see it on the lace in front. The quality of the hair is ok, but I only wore the wig for a few days because I didn't feel comfortable with the visible silk top and the coarse knots. 540.00 € for the garbage can!

Sent me some fake synthetic hair and I ordered human and paid $100 dollars for a $20 dollar looking ponytail'' company then told me I wore it and it isnt theirs' I'm in quarantine and have never left home it was a gift for a friend lmao. They arent honest or professional and seemed very happy to rob me of my money ''stay away worst place to buy hair'''' scamers

I bought hair from this company twice the hair was sold as human hair and I did the burn test ( no melting just smoke and smell) and also dyed the hair a new color which can only be done on human hair. The shipping is fast and the prices are optimal for people on a budget. I am happy with them.in all ways they will keep me as a customer as long as I need hair.

They took forever to send the hair the hair is fake is not human hair is synthetic they are a liar and they stole my money this company is a rip-off you can buy this ponytail at the beauty supply for $20 please don't be fooled you should be ashamed of yourself in China no one wants to buy your hair

I received my human hair wrap around ponytail in deep body wave yesterday 2/27/20. But guess what? It was NOT what I ordered when I opened the box. The hair was rough to the touch, dried out, broken hair pieces inside the box and on my counter top when I ran my fingers through it. The hair was not deep body wave it was some ugly type of tight curly hair. I've been dupped! I can't reach any one in customer service, phone or email. I spent $100 on this and I want a refund and can't get it. You've been warned, I don't want this to happen to you.

After purchasing, I saw the horrible reviews. I started to worry that it was a scam. But the quality is really great, and the ponytail ends have the most volume of any product I've ever bought.

Fast and safe delivery. Love the colour and was as shown on website. For some reason I didn't get the hair topper (as shown in the promo), so I called and the girl Jessie I spoke to was so friendly and quickly solved the issue for me

I bought a halo. Colour matched perfect. The quality is pretty good for the price and quite thick. My only issue it didnt feel secure. I didn't like the band. Iv been wearing extensions for years. I removed it added some clips and wear it as a clip on. Good length and thickness. Overall I would recommend

They shipped me the completely Wrong hair. I was lied to about their promise to ship the correct hair I ordered. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Horrible experience. I will never order from them again!

Been shopping with them since 2014 on and off. They can send decent thick wigs, but color is never what is ordered. I spent $850 on 2 full lace wigs. 1 custom chinese remy color #8 silky straight, the other peruvian light yaki color #27. They both cane together in about 2 weeks(custom? Really). They were both the same color, a reddish blonde. The light yaki was nearly matted. Very dry and brittle. As if you burned your hair perming it, overprocessed. The supposed #8 looks nice, likely not chinese hair, but certainly not color #8. I contacted them to let them know both were not what I ordered, but I would keep the silky straight one, but return the overprocessed Peruvian one. They offered me $100 to keep the wig and color it. I don't know any salon that colors hair for 100.00, but that is not the point. The point was the return was the matted overprocessed one. I said I would accept the 100 for the wrong color of the #8, but I want a full refund for the matted one I was returning. They got indignant and told me it would be better if I kept the wig and took 100.00 back. They could not send me a return shipping label and said they would refund shipping with the wig price when they get the wig.
I will be doing a charge back on them and vow not to do business with them again.

These are probably the greatest, highest-quality hair extensions on the market. Other brands you can feel their extensions are combined with synthetic. Not with Hairplusbase. They look and feel so natural and you can tell these are 100% human hair. Will not be ordering from anyone else.

What you will recieved is nothing like what the picture shows! The hair comes much shorter, ratty looking and mangled. Different colors throughout what is supposed to be dark brown has red hairs in it and is very poorly and cheaply put together!
