See the reviews for hairstylemall.com. This is the same company, apparently they change their name after they screw people over. I also purchased a Chi flat iron from this website. They sent me a defective one with chipped ceramic plates and it didn't even close all the way. The model # was on a sticker that was peeling off. My real Chi that I had for 5 years has the model # engraved in the plastic and the ceramic plates don't even have a scratch on them. I am confident that they are selling fake Chi's. Also, they steal their reviews from other websites (and are stupid enough to leave the website names in the review). I left a 1 star review to double check and it never showed up. Anyway, I tried to return the iron and they will not let me because "they already lost money on my purchase." SHADY, SHADY, SHADY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
