Hi Viewers,

As l mention before in my first recent review this year on Financial Ombudsman Services and l mention that two Banks that my late father as Bank with, has stolen money from his accounts, Halifax is the first Bank and Barclays is the second bank. So two crooked Banks in uniform has cheated the deceased next of kin and blood relative like myself out of money and what is kind of shocking even when l told the Bereavement Team from the beginning about my father's death and l show documentation to prove his death and my identification as next of kin. Is only when after the pay out took place in January 2021 and during this time l was still sorting out my late father paperwork and before the payout l did not know at this time what was in my late father's accounts with Halifax but only a few weeks later after the payout. That is when l came across his paperwork with Halifax from the past to present and what caught my eye was his recent bank statement that he received in the post dated September 2020 before his death and when l checked my late father statement for both accounts. It was showing more money on my dad's posted statement, which l did not receive in the payout in January 2021 from the Bereavement Team at Halifax Bank. Now when l decided to query this information with customer service online about the payout comparing to my Dad's posted statement. Viewers l received more than one letter from Halifax Bank one came from a director called Mr Robert Fletcher and he was the one arranged the payout and sent me a unprofessional bank statement that showed my Dad's account on a plain paper with a table with figures which anyone could do this if they are educated on a basic level of IT skills. That is probably why it did not show the same information like my dad posted authentic bank statement, which l did not know it at the time as this documentation came with the payout before l saw my Dad posted statement, then I received another letter from customers service saying the same information based on my Dad's account what the director from Halifax Bank has said which was so confusing even got me so confused that l almost believe in what they said. So when l sent my second explanation to Halifax it was also confusing in how the bank statement is shown on my Dad Statement. But after l had a long think about it l realise that this Organisation is trying to commit some sort of theft and fraudulent information against a deceased customers account so there next kin can be cheated out of there money. Because viewers if the Bank was in the right and paid out the next of kin fair and square. Why wasn't the posted bank statement that my late father received why didn't it have the same figures as the payout. As my father did not add any money or withdraw any money from his Halifax Accounts after he received this posted statement before he died. So the same balance of what he supposed to have in his account from September 2020 should be the same as the payout that the next of kin had received, but if the posted statement say's otherwise this is where theft or fraud could be taken place. Which that should not be happening on any Bank Statement or anyone accounts. This was the issue l raised with F.O.S regarding my late father 's account with Halifax Bank, even when l simplify my question why my Dad posted statement did not match the payout what l received from Halifax Bank over a year ago. F.O.S did not answer the question because they was not capable of answering the question or handle this issue and Case with Halifax Bank. Which is no surprise there to many F.O.S customers that Banks like Halifax got away with crime like this and they believe paying me a fake payment from my Dad's account and plus on top of that offering me £70 good gesture after a complaint, is going to keep me quiet and l won't call you out on a crime like this you sadly mistaken. Halifax Bank l am calling you out on your wrong doings, based on my late father accounts regarding theft and fraud. Because if you can't answer a simple question which l raised to you especially through F.O.S based on my late father's account, which is such a obvious question regarding a Bank Statement then it shows your guilt of what l have mentioned in this comment. Halifax you a thief and a fraudster and if you do not correct your wrongdoings based on my father's account you will go down and be remembered in history as what l just called you. Because what was left in my father's account after the payout does not belong to Halifax Bank, because he does not owe you people any money and meanwhile Banks like Halifax are worth many millions in net worth a year, so there is no excuse to be stealing and committing fraud from the customers account in any type of way, whether the customer is alive or dead. In my opinion you are third in the list of banks who are a thief and fraudster.
