I ordered a Ring 2 W/Echo Show, received a cheap knockoff X Smart Home doorbell. Return progress very expensive ($40+) to send back to China. Beware of this company.

I also ordered the ring doorbell and echo show 5. I only received a cheap video doorbell. Right now I'm fighting with PayPal to get the money back. I sent the item back 2 weeks ago via USPS for $24. This site goes by many domains. Beware and avoid at all costs.

I ordered a deal that included a ring video doorbell 2 AND a echo show 5. I received just a 1st gen. Ring video doorbell and NO echo show 5.
Their Customer Support "confirmed" that I only ordered the doorbell. I sent them a chores of the very clear order confirmation but no response.

I also ordered the ring 2 doorbell and echo show 5. I only received a cheap video doorbell. Paypal was no help, I will avoid sites in the future which only use paypal. The company only offerd money back less shipping and only if I ship the product back. The cheap video doorbell makes my indoor chime humm and no longer rings. The doorbell also requires 2 ******* batteries, hard to find, 6$ at Walmart. The video is not that great nor is the range on the motion sensor. It is not worth the effort to send it back, will us it runing off only batteries on a non primary door. This site goes by many domains. Beware and avoid at all costs.

Ordered masks from this company mid March. They said they had the masks in stock and I should receive them in 2 weeks. Since they are based in Florida and I live in Florida should have been quicker. To date May 29th I still have not received anything from them. Went from in stock (China) not HERE to several ridiculous updates as they masks have now traveled the world over but have never made to my address in Florida. They refuse to refund an item I never received and have an ongoing battle with my credit card company because of their "oh they are in transit... BS! Do yourself a favor BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY! LIES LIES LIES... Take your money and do not deliver!
