Ordered jewelry from this website. Wrong size. Misrepresented size. No response to emails. A disconnected number posted on the website and a "chat customer service" disconnects me when i ask her to send an email confirming the will refund my money. No way to get in contact by phone and no response to any emails

I placed an order at handtrades.com on 3/25/10. The order arrived on Friday or Satruday of the same week. I returned the order because of the size of the items I ordered they were too small. I returned the order on 3/30/10 and it was received at their POB on 4/1/10. I emailed handtrades on 4/6/10 and Anna wrote to tell me that she had just picked up the mail for 3/30/10-4/6/10 and will be back in touch with me the following day regarding shipping and tracking info on my order. I waited 2 days and still no response. On 4/8/10 I emailed to ask why does it take so long to process an exchange order that has already been paid for. I received no response that day. I received an email on 4/9/10 telling me that my package was packed the day before and will go out on 4/9/10. No tracking info was included in the email. It is now 4/14/2010 and I am still waiting for my package. My advice to anyone ordering from this site is to beware of anyone who refuses to give you a refund and claims to give only exchanges. They are prompt about sending out an original order but when you want to exchange an item, they seem to feel that since they have your money they can process your return when they feel like it--if at all. If a company has a business of this type and they expect returns on a daily basis, they should check their POB on a daily basis. I unforntunately assumed that these people could be trusted so I ordered a ring before I received my exchange. The stone in the ring was nice but the silver was so cheap it was as thin as aluminum foil. Unfortunately, I'm going to return it and demand a refund not an exchange. Today which is 4/14/10, I still have not received my order or tracking info, instead I received another email telling me about a sale on pendants and chains that will be ending soon instead of info about my order. If I don't get my order or money credited back to my account this week, I will complain to the better business bureau and call the fraud department at my bank to have my money credited back to my account.
