We purchased Handy Pro services to mount a new TV for us. A little skeptical after an initial problem with scheduling but then we found Brian. He arrived on time. We had the wrong mount and Brian went out with my husband to get the right one. He got the TV up and working quickly and cleanly and answered all our questions. He was polite and courteous and we would definitely have him back to work for us. We recommend him highly! Thanks Brian. Jim and Judy Duffy.
Handy used to be reliable, more expensive than hiring your own cleaner, but worth doing. The cleaners are of mixed quality and motivation, but mostly good. But I've had so many cleaners not turn up recently, and Customer Service refusals to offer compensation (and pretending that they are doing you a favour by re-booking a cleaner to pay for the work you paid for) that I'm starting to lose faith. Perhaps if I keep going for a while and monitor, I will be able to give a more positive reference in future.

The team that works here are pretty darn amazing. We had a few details that had to be done and some more changes that needed to be made and they did the task perfectly. My house was provided with exceptional craftsmanship and I'm very very pleased with the service. They did everything on time with superior quality

Tip for consumers:
It will take a lot of your time if a cleaner does not show up, trying to persuade Customer Service to send another one to replace. Previously, they offered compensation for your wasted time and effort, it now seems that policy has been reversed; sometimes there even appears to be an accusation that you are making up a story

I TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE FROM HANDY NOT TO COME AND THEY DID NOT COME. I HAVE TRIED TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PAST AND THEY WOULD NOT COME AND SO I WANT TO DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE WITH HANDY. TOO UNPREDICTIBE.
SHE is a pro! If you want your house or apartment cleaned, I recommend Alyssa, she is a fantastic pro and a professional. You will not find one thing wrong with her cleaning service. She's over the top, and I wouldn't want to try anyone else. Trust me!
