Very unhappy shopping life. Purchased a DVD player from these guys and it didn't work. Had to return it to them at my expense. They delayed and delayed until Paypal 120 day claim period expired and now will not answer my emails. Be very careful with these scammers! Still waiting for a refund after 5 months now. Most expensive DVD player ever.

These guys are the worst of the worst. Purchased the radio and had trouble with it from the start. Several emails later and way past the 30 day return they have now stop answering my emails. Ripped me off by over $600.00.

I placed an order on the website. Checked out, they charged my credit card and the next day I receive an email from Chinese person saying my order is cancelled and a full refund will be given. No idea why it was cancelled, no emails saying why. I asked for an explanation with no response from the website. This site seems like a scam. Very poor customer service. Move on to another company that can help you and don't waste you money with them. Courier charge by the way was very high!

The worst support in the world. >1 hour waiting for response. They do not solve problems, they generate them.
