"Harmoney" were fined over $250,000 by the NZ Government for operating an illegal business. Furthermore, they do not accept most loans and it's fair to say they accept the larger loans from gullible people and charge large interest rates on this to accumulate funds for themselves. Avoid "Harmoney".
They advertise as having cheap interest rates, but when you apply the "risk assessment" makes it the near credit card levels. On top of this, such a massive booking fee that it literally doubles the rate. Shop around.
