Hat Attack

Totally not worth the $69.00 I payed for the custom hat I ordered. There were stitch lines in between the custom writing I requested. It made what would have been a nice hat look extremely cheap. When i sent a complaint they never responded, guess customer satisfaction isn't something they care about. Will never use them again.

The products are very well made and look just like they should. There was a few items on the website that could have used more colors.

Shipping was very quick also.

I bought 2 jersey's from them. One of the jersey's were real nice. Looked authentic. The other jerser was a woman's jersey. It was nice, but it wasn't the sewn on numbers like I was expecting. It was nice though. The real issue was this... The women's jersey they sent me was for the wrong team. I went online and chatted with them letting them know right away. They asked if they could email me back with how to handle this issue. I agreed. They did email me back the next day, but keep telling me that I need to order another jersey and pay the shipping again (which is $20) and they will put the correct jersey in with the new jersey. I keep telling them that I do not need another jersey and just want them to send me the jersey I originally ordered. That's when they said they needed me to pay for shipping because according to them they paid shipping last time and would have to pay shipping again. I sent them back yet another email reminding them that 1. I paid the original shipping NOT them, and 2. This was thier mistake NOT mine therefor THEY need to pay the shipping of my correct jersey! They emailed me back this morning telling me again that I need to order a new jersy and they will send me the correct one. Back to square one. I am done! I wonder if the BBB deals with foriegn countries?

Ordered two jerseys and tried to exchange one for diferest size. This company is designed to "get nowhere" when looking for answers in exchanges. My roomate ordered two jerseys the same day and never recieved them!

Received my lidsloft chinese hat and looked great until I read the caption "Stek on the gas". I sent various emails, they responded with "oh no" and then nothing. They blocked me on facebook. No refund nothing and no phone number.
