I can't say enough good things about the Highline dress. This is easily the best day-to-day maternity dress I've found anywhere. The asymmetrical hem adds a lot of style, and unlike most maternity dresses I've seen, it isn't cut super wide, so you don't feel like a tent wearing it. I find it super comfortable too-- a really soft, nice jersey. I've worn it around on the weekends, and dressed it up for work with a nice statement necklace. If it came in more colors, I'd literally buy them all-- and I hate most maternity clothing!

I got this great cami from Hatch. I got it in black and it isn't at all sheer either. I can wear it alone or layered. I am 5'9 and 6 months pregnant (pre-preg size was 6) and it fits well and is super flattering, if I do say so myself. I don't see any reason why I can't wear this post pregnancy, too.

It is obvious that the clothes from this brand are overpriced. I received a gift card for HATCH from a friend and selected one of the least pricey items I could find: a pair of leggings. I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and now called to inquire about the status because I have not received updates via email. The customer service person told me that the item has not yet shipped (!), allegedly because the warehouse is so large that "they haven't yet been able to identity the item's location". What? I am imagining people walking and driving through a massive hall, trying to find a giant box labeled "leggings". Isn't this absurd? And this is supposed to be a high-end store? Sounds more like a huge dumpster with piles of unidentifiable content.

The Luncheon dress is a really, really cute dress. I'm early in my pregnancy and it's fitting perfectly loose without looking like a maternity dress. I will definitely wear this not pregnant as well. The one size fits all fits like my normal size 6. It's fabulous.

Reviewed some of the clothing on their website and it was never posted unless I gave a 5 star review. The cashmere is poor quality and very itchy. Makes me question my purchases now if they aren't honest. Shipping service is terrible and slow for the price of the clothing.

Bought a very expensive item, checked the sizing carefully, and paid for the shipping. The size 4-6 which was indicated as an S was shown as 'true to size' and it was suggested to go for the size you are before you're pregnant, which for me was 4-6. When it arrived, the item was absolutely huge! Really, this was a size 8-10 US easily, which would swamp any size 4 even with a huge belly (see images, where I compare a normal size 4-6 item with the massive onesie underneath, see how low the crotch is and how long the pants are!). The shoulders were far off, the crotch closer to my knees which makes the onesie look like a huge sack.
The worst part is that customer service don't even discuss the possibility of exchange because I am based abroad. I even offered to pay for the return shipping there and back. I explained that we would have to simply throw away the very expensive item. What does it cost the business to accept the returned, unworn item? Absolutely nothing. Generic emails, no consideration of the customer, and the customer service phone line never answers - after trying for 5 days, no one bothered to pick up the phone.
Awful customer service, unnecessarily harsh, especially considering they are selling to pregnant women! A little kindness would have gone a long way, not to mention international laws relating to right to return fualty or misrepresented items.

@HATCHcollection Last week, I purchased the 4th Trimester Nesting Bundle for my wife in lead up to her due date this week. I used a 20% coupon code, and ordered a Small and received my order confirmation via email. Three days later, I get emails *******@HATCHcollection stating my order was cancelled and I would be fully refunded because the size is no longer available. No one reached out to inquire if I would be willing to select a different size, color, or sell me the items individually (which they have in stock). Then I was offered a 15% discount to order other items if I wanted to. Okay, so I re-ordered the bundle in a Medium to see if it would fit and they did provide a new discount of 20% after I said something. I get the package today and it doesn't fit her; only the robe (jogger and bra does not). So I reach out *******@HATCHcollection and inquire if I can return all items but the robe. Additionally, I share that the jogger is actually available in Small on their website so I request to have it exchanged. This was their response:
"Unfortunately we are unable to process your request. Bundles do not have the systemic flexibility to be exchanged for other sizes. The entire bundle would need to be exchanged for a different size. If the size is not available, you would need to initiate a return for refund. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
For some background, separate inventory is allocated for the bundles and they are packaged accordingly for each size we offer. Therefore we can not pull from other inventory because those pieces are allocated for the individual online purchases.
We understand this is not ideal but this how our system is currently set up. We are unable to override this process."
What kind of customer service are you actually providing here with this cumbersome and company-first policy? Do they not know their customers are birthing mothers with no time for this BS? And after spending $300 on 3 sleepwear items you cannot sell me things separately? Unheard of in retail. Do not buy *******@HATCHcollection or proceed with cation when you do. I thought I would surprise my wife with a special gift post delivery and all I got was headache. I am returning everything and never purchasing from here again. I will share this experience on every major platform. Stay tuned.

Stay away from online shopping with this vendor. Horrible delivery. Horrible communication with customer. Horrible return policy.
Placed an order on 11/29/19. Order was supposed to be delivered within 3 - 9 days. Received email 12/9 indicated that due to a large volume of shipments. Stated they would upgrade to 2 day shipping to arrive by Christmas. Stated that we would receive an email by 12/13 if the package had not been shipped.
No email by 12/13. Called 12/17/19. Talked to Megan. She said it was upgraded to 2-day Fed Ex shipping and would arrive within two days of being shipped. I asked her when it would be shipped and she could not tell me.
I then asked her about the return policy which was 30 days of the order being placed. Obviously, this is insufficient to allow time to return since the order was placed on 11/29. She said the return policy was changed to 45 days. This barely allows time to return if needed.
She then told me that had I placed the order through the store and not online, it would have probably arrived. Nothing on the website states this.
Very dissatisfied especially considering that it is such a high end store. Will not ever shop Hatch again. Not worth the hassle.
