Do not waste your money on this horrible company. I paid so much money for a garbage product that didn't match the pictures or description at all. And it's already falling apart as I'm opening it. It was so terrible and not even worth returning because they told me they wouldn't refund my product, only the shipping. A scammy company in China that should not be in business.

This is a SCAM! The product you get is nothing like the pictures advertised. One star came unattached and neither star has a true wood trim. This is patriotic, so Red, White and Blue….yet literally some of the ribbons are black with white dots. Cheap all around with gold twisty ties to adhere the ribbons. Simply garbage. Do NOT purchase!
Auf dieser Website werden hübsch aussehende und verpackte Walldorf Puppen verkauft. Geliefert wurde ein anderes Modell. Weder hübsch anzusehen noch hübsch verpackt. Der „Service" ist eine Frechheit. Es wird einfach nicht geantwortet. Angeblich mögliche Retouren sind eben nicht möglich.

haulhot.com is company that provides false advertising for products they don't have. I received a 4th of July reef that looked beautiful on their website, but look like a first graders art when I received it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a scam...
The first picture is what was advertised on their website and the second picture is what was delivered to me. Its junk!
I removed my personal information from the proof of purchase.

Dont ever order from this page, it is a fake. I got something that dont even remind that beautiful waldorf dolls at all. I am upset and I hope this will be warning for others. Ofcourse there is no possibility to get the money back, even they write there is in 15 days.

The site sells Waldorf dolls, the pictures were stolen from somewhere, the dolls ordered don't look like the pictures at all, the quality is crappy, the looks ugly. Returns are not possible! An e-mail address is provided and must be entered if you wish to return the goods. But it does not exist. I'm retired, I pay every penny, I ordered babies for my grandchildren from here but I got a trash can. I threw the money out the window. I never see it again. If there was any indication that the website was Chinese I would immediately continue from there. Every Chinese does that. Whether they offer clothes, shoes or a toy.
They steal pictures from sites that offer branded merchandise and what you get has to be thrown in the trash.

If anything had suggested that the website was Chinese, I would never order from there!

It's not a trustworthy website. I ordered a cotton/linen short sleeve dress what I received was a cheap 65%polyester long sleeve dress. It's totally misleading photos.
Return policy is clearly designed to not accept any returns - even for horrible product quality. Here's a screen shot of part of their lengthy return process.
They show pretty pictures that are completely misleading. You will not receive the item that are shown in the photos on their website. This seller is located in China and therefore any credit card transactions originating in the US can not be disputed so you're stuck with crappy product with no recourse. Buyer beware!

On the clothing side of things, the sizing is terrible. I liked the product but the size was all wrong. I've written two emails to the address for returns and have not even had a response saying whether I can return or not. Bad business.

I ordered the deal of three bras. They came in the colour and size I ordered but I can't wear them. The cups are completely flat and the bust has nowhere to go except to squeeze into the armpit. I threw them out. If I could I would rate these a -5
